Pulled into the drive-in, and when we pressed the button to order the employee had such an attitude about us using the drive-in instead of the drive-thru. She asked if we were picking up, and when we said no, she said we can “order through the drive-through” after asking us to repeat ourselves twice with the rudest “what??” I’ve ever heard. This is not how Sonic works!!! Cannot attest to the food because we immediately left. They will never get my business again.

We don't have a Sonic in our small town! We have to go to the big City, Bend 3 or 4 times a month. We go right to Sonic for lunch! Everything on the menu is my favorite!!!

Food was decent besides missing what the cashier wouldn’t let us order. We also don’t know how much it was because she didn’t tell us a total or offer a receipt.
Was served by a younger gal named Nadiya and her customer service was terrible. Pulled up to the intercom and all she said is “What do you want”
She didn’t offer any sauces or sides with anything and closed the window in our faces when we tried to ask, she was irritated and snippy through our entire experience there and overall seemed like she didn’t know what she’s doing. We usually love Sonic but this time was not an enjoyable experience and it’s clear how much they value their customers.

Ive been here 3 times and every time my foods messed up or cant take payment correctly. 1. Dident get right burger 2. Recieved totally wrong meal and had to turn around and wait again in line. 3. Only took cash. Only reason ive tried so many times is its pratically the only place for my lunch. Gonna take the extra time outta my lunch to go to dq or the badly managed bk down the street.
