This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I received cold food and poor customer service. When I asked to add fries at the window, I was told they don’t allow add-ons and that I’d have to go back through the line—despite fries taking only three minutes to make. After paying, I was then made to wait another five minutes for no apparent reason.
I understand that fast food jobs can be difficult, but that doesn’t excuse rude service and inefficiency. I won’t be coming back.

The food was pretty bad, they have all the drive up spots blocked off so you can't even enjoy the cool sonic experience of having someone bring food to your car. We went thru the drive thru as instructed, and food was cold/over fried and disappointing!

6pm on a Monday, close at 10pm and all but 3 stalls (2pf which or for DoorDash pickup) are blocked off with orange traffic cones. Are they trying to keep customers away or just not do their jobs?

Need to up your game Sonic. Quality of food is lacking. Change the oil more often and cook fries separately from other fried foods. Your oil will last longer and your food won't have the after taste of everything cooked in it. Also, need to mix your drinks better. Too many times I've gotten a real fruit slush with all the fruit still at the bottom and clear liquid on top. Service was satisfactory. Staff always pleasant and friendly.

I have text the number you guys have provided in your response and no one is willing to take responsibility for your mistakes and refund my money. Worst customer service ever. Order a # 8 chili cheese dog, got a green color hot dog cover in ketchup and mustard with onions? Cold and over salted groovy fries.
I called to have them refund my money for the meal. The manager called me rude after I repeatedly told him I wasn't given a receipt for my purchase. He refused to refund my money.
