Food was decent besides missing what the cashier wouldn’t let us order. We also don’t know how much it was because she didn’t tell us a total or offer a receipt. Was served by a younger gal named Nadiya and her customer service was terrible. Pulled up to the intercom and all she said is “What do you want” She didn’t offer any sauces or sides with anything and closed the window in our faces when we tried to ask, she was irritated and snippy through our entire experience there and overall seemed like she didn’t know what she’s doing. We usually love Sonic but this time was not an enjoyable experience and it’s clear how much they value their customers.

Ive been here 3 times and every time my foods messed up or cant take payment correctly. 1. Dident get right burger 2. Recieved totally wrong meal and had to turn around and wait again in line. 3. Only took cash. Only reason ive tried so many times is its pratically the only place for my lunch. Gonna take the extra time outta my lunch to go to dq or the badly managed bk down the street.

I liked being served in my car, not having to go inside the place. I'm a night owl so I usually eat late and everything closes down around Terrebonne at 9:00 so not to many fast foods open around here I think they are open until 10 or 11:00pm. Burgers are killer and have lots of different types of drinks. I usually go late at night and nobodys around, so food comes in hot. Check it out it's all good.

Pulled in on a long roadtrip to get lunch and use the bathroom, after the lady was super impatient over the microphone she then missed half of our food and when we went to ask for our missing items the same lady brought us one of the two missing items. After that we were trying to use the rest room and she saw us and locked the door into the restroom. Lady needs and attitude check

So I went there to get my usual meal and this was by far the worst Sonic meal I've ever had. The burger was no seasoned at all it just tasted like water and grease... The bun had waaaay to much sauce like you already put 3 condiments on the damn burger why you gotta put so much of all 3? My food was cold by time I got home and I live 2 blocks away... Oh and the drink was pretty but tasted like toilet water with a hint of strawberry and lemon. Definitely won't be going back I'll just pay the extra cash and go to Bend Burger Co instead.
Ordered a #1 meal. Frys were great nice and fresh and hot. Smash burger was good but was very salty. Otherwise good 😊

Smash burger was incredible! Fries are awesome! Ordered a strawberry banana shake and there was no banana. Came back the next day ordered the same shake. Still no banana but had paid extra for it.

Guys get it together. I’m not going to say the usual reason most others use and that it’s fast food what do we expect. What I expect is edible food for people’s hard earned money. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I won’t be fooled again. Your food is below average and the chicken sandwich I ordered could have easily passed for a fried fish sandwich it tasted like an old stale chicken sandwich that had been fried in fish oil. Do better gang , I won’t be back but just do better if you’re going to do it at all. Seriously! And yes you can escalate this to the owners of this franchise.

This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I received cold food and poor customer service. When I asked to add fries at the window, I was told they don’t allow add-ons and that I’d have to go back through the line—despite fries taking only three minutes to make. After paying, I was then made to wait another five minutes for no apparent reason.
I understand that fast food jobs can be difficult, but that doesn’t excuse rude service and inefficiency. I won’t be coming back.
