“What are the amazing restaurant right here in Bend. If you're looking for soup salad and sandwiches this is the perfect place. The perfect price. The perfect menu. There is no wait staff you order at the counter and they bring out your food. And I have no problem with that whatsoever. We weren't there for fine dining. And as we were walking out there was another lady that was mad because she said and I quote. She was so offended and said I'll be darned if I'm going to have to order my own food at a counter. And with that I say lady you were in the wrong place. This is a great place to eat.“

“We went there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely wonderfully. The food was very good but what made it awesome was our server Heely. She was awesome. She checked on us and made sure we were doing ok. And best of all she comped us a dessert and when she brought it out it had Happy 40th with hearts on it. Job well done Heely.“

“Dinner at this hibachi grill was an unforgettable experience full of energy, flavor, and fun. The chef put on a lively show right at the table — flipping shrimp into hats, creating onion volcanoes, and sparking flames that made everyone cheer. The food was just as impressive: tender steak, perfectly seasoned fried rice, and fresh vegetables sizzling with flavor. Between the laughter, the showmanship, and the delicious food, the night felt like more than just a meal — it was pure entertainment and great company all in one.“

“I had the Hot & Sour soup and the Beef Chow Fun.

The Hot & Sour soup is weird. They clearly put Giardiniera in it (which is a pickled Italian vegetable blend). Strangely, the soup was sweet. Which was not what I was expecting from and Hot & SOUR soup. As far as soups go, it was pretty good. As far as Hot & Sour soup, it was a pretty poor experience.

The Beef Chow Fun was good. The flavor was excellent and the beef was tender. It had generous amounts of beef, so you aren't getting just a bunch of noodles and been sprouts/onions. My only gripe was that they seemed to just cut the beef in random sizes. Normally this isn't a problem but when you're using a wok (which is what it seems to be that they're using) it means that the smaller thinner pieces are way overcooked and the large pieces are cooked just right. It'd be nice if they sliced things in consistent pieces to avoid dried out small pieces.

All in all I'm coming back to try their other dishes. Considering the lack of good Chinese food places in the general area, I'd rate this one 4 out of 5.“
