Great beers and they also have a good selection of brewing supplies. I needed some yeast quickly and heard they had. Also had some tastes there. Good options. Went with the delicious BLSSB porter. I will certainly be back. Thank you Chris for the great service!
Great Beer but horrible music selection to enjoy the beer!!! Would have easily stayed for another round, but music drives you out!!! Maybe a nice relaxing country vibe would draw more customers! Just my opinion!
We had the Waimea pale ale, saison, grazing goat WCIPA, and spicy goat IPA. The pale was our least favorite. The saison was fairly straight forward, mostly expressing the yeast; the IPA was okay and the spiced pineapple version was novel and kind of fun as a half pour. We enjoyed the close-by Bevel Brewery more, but others in the area recommended this place and breweries are a work in process. I look forward to re-checking this place out down the road. I saw 16 oak barrels aging...
