Helpful friendly staff, peanut curry or CHILAQUILES. Flavorful dish, but mainly just chips.
A few vegan options, the curry was pretty good! Yummy mocktail
Tofu tacos were so good! Loved the fried cheese

Tasty and interesting dishes, but it's a bit loud and there's often a long line to order (you can't sit until you've ordered). The pork taco was the best, as the chicken taco was a bit bland and the shrimp taco had too much going on with it). The dandan noodles were somewhat like what I've had in China. The member of our party who ordered the banh mi asked for the spicy parts on the side, and they were able to do that. The kids liked the kids versions of the chicken rice bowl and chicken and pork. Most of the dishes are a bit small, so most adults need to get more than one thing.
The pandan flan was excellent, and the coconut tres leches cake good too.
We had to stand a while before ordering then being seated, but we were there early enough that the wait wasn't inordinate.
The restaurant is rather noisy inside. Some people like that atmosphere, but I think it was too much.

Love this place!! Spicy fried chicken has always been my favorite! This place sure has grown in past 15 years! Great establishment and contribution to the Central Oregon food scene. Some of the best Asian Fusion food I've had at a restuarant. This is a popular local spot, but the food doesn't disappoint, there's a reason for it. I love the outdoor, dog friendly seating available.

I had yellow curry and loved it. My husband had the Dan Dan noodles and said they were just okay. It's a order at the counter kind of place. Great, diverse menu with fresh ingredients. The inside decor is cool, but the outside is a strip mall vibe.

When I say that this was hands-down, the best meal that we had while visiting Bend, I say it with my whole chest.
My husband and I came to Spork on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch, or early dinner, depending on how you look at it. We walked over from our hotel and managed to make the tail end of happy hour. They had a nice mix of food and drink options on the happy hour menu.
We went wild with our order and ended up getting way too much food, but absolutely did not regret it. We decided to try the Dan Dan noodles, cucumber salad, Korean barbecue wonton nachos, blistered shishito peppers, and a fried cheese taco. I ordered a mocktail while my husband ordered a beer.
We appreciated that the food was brought out in waves and not all at once. The shishito peppers were absolutely delicious as was the accompanying aïoli sauce. The Korean barbecue wonton nachos had amazing flavor while still somehow managing to be light.
The cucumber salad was out of this world and I would kill to have the recipe. The fried cheese taco was probably the least favorite item we ordered, when compared to the others, but still five stars so that's saying a lot.
But the Dan Dan noodles. Oh the Dan Dan noodles. Out of this world!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food at Spork so much that we honestly considered coming back for another meal during our short weekend visit to Bend. We did not, but rest assured, Spork will be our first stop the next time we are in town.

Delicious food reasonably priced. We had the chilaquiles, shrimp taco and carnitas taco, and cucumber salad. They were all outstanding. The service is excellent and it was a pleasure experiencing the teamwork among the staff. Tip - if the line is long (most likely) see if there’s a spot at the bar.

One of my favorite restaurants in Bend! They have the best tacos in town, and everything on the menu is delicious. The vibe is laid-back and chill, and the food is always amazing. Definitely one of my top recommendations.

Such a great dining experience. We strolled in around 7pm on a Wednesday and there was a long line, but the food was absolutely worth the wait. So pleasantly surprised to see this type of cuisine in Bend (as opposed to a larger city) and will be back every time I visit. A must-try if you're in the area.
