If you've never been, don't go, I don't want to see you at my favorite fusion place. They have all the business they need. OK, all kidding aside the pork tacos and sando are to die for, so try them before you kick the bucket.

A must stop for food while in Bend. If I lived here, we'd be in at least twice a week.

Been there a few times now and I've always been very happy with the food and service here. Creative and unique options with SE Asian dishes along with Hispanic options which is a strange combo but everything is very well done. Can get a bit busy but never had to wait more than 15 mins or so. Some outdoor seating and plenty of parking in their lot or street parking. Will be back for sure

Yummy food. Korean bbq was delicious, as were the chilaquiles and shrimp tacos.

Excellent food. Unique recipes. A line out the door on a Monday, but don't let that dissuade you.

I visit Bend almost every year, and I never leave without dinner at Spork. The fried pork with noodles is fantastic, but the spicy fried chicken is to die for. Almost everything on menu in gluten free if that's a concern.

My son portion Lomo Saltado is overdone with salt where he couldn’t finish.

I recently dined at Spork, and I must say, it was an exceptional culinary experience. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was delighted to find a restaurant that not only caters to dietary restrictions but also delivers on taste and creativity! The menu features a tantalizing array of Asian fusion dishes, nearly all of which are gluten-free. The standard menu and specials menu showcased a perfect balance of flavors and textures. One dish that stood out was the gluten-free fried chicken. It was beautifully presented and bursting with fresh ingredients. The combination of flavors was truly delightful, and the fact that it was gluten-free and served in a restaurant added an extra layer of authenticity to the experience (I’ve been gf for almost a decade and have never had gf fried chicken outside my own kitchen).Another highlight was the furikake potatoes, which were expertly prepared with a medley of spices. The chefs at Spork clearly understand how to harmonize Asian flavors while ensuring gluten-free integrity. The ambiance of the restaurant was also noteworthy, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about gluten-free options, which added to the overall positive impression.I also had the matcha flan and the curry. Between the two, I was glutened somewhere in between. I ate these the following day so I’m sure it wasn’t the fried chicken or potatoes. Both were delicious, but I wasn’t a fan of the stomach pains or the manner in which the cashier handled the toppings for the flan with her bare, ungloved hands. In conclusion, Spork is a haven for gluten-free diners seeking flavorful Asian fusion cuisine. Whether you're on a gluten-free diet or simply looking to explore new culinary delights, this restaurant is sure to impress with its delicious offerings and hip service.Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!Dietary restrictions: Unbelievable gluten-free options

Thought Monday at 6 would be quiet, but it was packed, line out the door!! We now know why. It was awesome and unique. Not weird unique, delicious unique! I honestly don't remember the names of these other than the cucumber salad but do go here to get adventurous, you won't be disappointed. There were some items for the less adventurous too that I'm sure were great. Oh, yeah, and after 5 mins of waiting they offered my wife and I a seat at the bar, so extra positive points for the lovely staff.
