As a local customer, I'm pretty disappointed that the staff would not let me use the bathrooms after I ordered two breakfast sandwiches... and after I told them I'm 7 months pregnant. How can you be open for business serving drinks but not let your customers use the facilities especially being so pregnant?

Be careful everyone! They are still letting you order ahead on the app but when you get there, there is a small paper sign explaining that they are temporarily closed!
I have been frequently coming to this starbucks. It is my go to in the morning for I work on the same street. Durring my time at the shop I ordered grub hub and they forgot my fork. I was desperately hungry and had no other options. I called over asking if they had any. Samantha was so incredibly kind and since I could not leave my store she offered to walk it to me. A fork, I know, yet a necessity. Thank you Samantha! Amazing customer service! Sierra has also been amazing!

Just like any other Starbucks, except you have to ask for a code to use the restroom, which I find to be a little embarrassing if I have spend some time in there.
