Like most of other recent reviewers, I also think the service has gotten bad recently. My frequent visit to this place is now down to few times a month. There seems to be new group of employees and more of them, but the service is worse.
Also, this place is extremely slow. Plenty of employees seems like they just stand around without any sense of helping out customers. This is going to be a tough one for the management to solve.

I got there at 3:57waited for the Barista to BS with the car in front of me only to get to the speaker at 4:00 to be told it's closed get to the window watch the Barista hand out multiple coffees to the car in front of me and then turn around and tell me that they're closed and they can't make coffee I visit Starbucks everyday and will never return to this particular location ever again if at all Starbucks this was a very very disgusting taste you just left in my mouth

When you go through the drive-thru, they don't serve you well. They don't give you napkins or anything like that, and the food is a disaster.

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to in a long while. Terrible attitudes every time and the drinks aren’t great. I placed my order ahead to have minimal interaction with the employees here- and they still find ways to be rude. Starbucks is my go to- but not with this location. Last week I got a pentagram drawn on my cup. Today it was “salty” after the barista gave me grief about ordering ahead for drive thru and going through the drive through. I’m a former Starbucks Partner and I cannot believe how far this company’s standards have fallen.

It's not too busy except for the drive-thru in the morning. The inside is spacious but the acoustics make it hard to hear a conversation. Has some limited seating outside but it's pleasantly sunny.

Food was good. My bread came out before my drink and so i stood waiting for the drink so timing was a bit awkward. I sat in a chair and the blinds were up so the sun was directly in my face so i had to move. But otherwise good experience. Very minimal complaints.

The Starbucks shift supervisor (Evelyn) who interacted with us today was not nice with her interaction and approach regarding our Starbucks app not scanning correctly. She was very blunt when she said, “it doesn’t scan on my side so it’s obviously not the correct barcode.” Now, I don’t work for Starbucks nor this particular store, so I don’t know their procedures and I’m going to act like I do; however, in my experience, the same Apple wallet bar code that I’ve scanned at Starbucks’ in the U.S. and Canada has never been an issue. Her approach regarding the interaction was very souring. I see the corporate ESG training they provide to their employees isn’t doing well.

Paying $13 for coffee and not getting an appropriate customer connection isn’t exactly welcoming nor appreciative.

I am beyond seething about this encounter I just had. I very clearly ordered in the drive thru a VENTI iced pumpkin chai and an ICED grande pumpkin spice latte. The worker even repeated the order back to me and it was correct. When arriving at the window, the lady gave me a grande pumpkin chai and a grande hot pumpkin spice latte. One wrong size and one wrong temp. When kindly informing the lady these were not the right drinks she was extremely rude and rolled her eyes. She didn’t even say anything and began taking other orders on her mic. About a minute later she told us to give her the drinks back very rudely. I am upset. Should’ve gotten a refund.

This is your worst store front in Bend. We use to buy coffees at lunchtime. Literally walk across 3rd street and try to order two granda Americans. Most always 15 minutes before we can get them and try ? to enjoy them. Drive up and grub hub are served first. Don’t give me some cr#p about they’re made in order of ordering. I’ve seen cars drive up after ordering and they get theirs before us. Very poor system. I’m sure you won’t miss my meager $125/ min.
