This used to be a great Starbucks in bend but over the last couple of months it’s been slow, several times my drinks are not filled to the top and the last 2 times I’ve tried to go I’ve been the only one in line in the drive thru and my drink is still made wrong.

This is a review for the worker Saray or Sanay? This morning I was sitting waiting for my mobile order and watched her working. A man with a dog came in and asked for change. She was so polite. She went to ask her coworker for change. Returned and told the man the unfortunately they couldn’t give change. He was so rude and said something mean and snatched some bags of food that were other mobile orders sitting on the counter and walked out. She handled it so well. Just kinda smiled and got back to her next task. Dealing with people can be so hard but she is doing a great job.

They need to get into the present and stay open later. There's not many options for late night coffee other than Dutch Bros. There's a few cafes I believe but why doesn't Starbucks stay open late so people can do some evening coffee and work? It's ridiculous closing so early when people obviously try and go there after hours thinking they're still open.

I rarely go to Starbucks, so I was hoping for a positive experience. The service was good (SEVEN people working behind the counter). Unfortunately, the coffee was awful - bitter and too strong. Tasted like it was made with overcooked (burnt) low quality coffee beans. The two people I brought coffee to also thought it was not good.

They gave me an ice cold Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich. Didn't even bother to heat it up. And to make things worse, it was a takeout order, so I didn't even open it till I got home. Blah, gross, never coming back.
