This location , along with the others in town, has decided to not honor any printed or online coupons or any other deals. Not only are our local locations 15 to 20% higher than stores in other Oregon towns, now they won't accept the coupons that are mailed to the homes every few weeks. I ask the owner this. ...Would you rather sell one footlong for $12.19 or three footlongs for $7.99 each?
I, for one, will find a Subway that will honor the national coupons and specials.

Awful service. Very slow and unorganized with very few customers to take care of. Sandwiches were subpar in terms of amount of toppings compared to the price that was paid. Need to have a manager come in and go over task delegation again, it’s obvious that the training didn’t go over step sequencing very well.

We ordered from doordash (and received from this location) all of the sandwiches were thrown together. I had 8 slices of cheese all stuck together on one of my foot longs and it was just sloppy. I got a chopped salad and nothing was chopped! I had whole pieces of pepperoni and salami, whole slices of cucumbers, etc. I had to pull things out and cut them myself. Thankfully I was at home and could do so. Also, ordered an entire meal and only got the sandwich. Thankfully door dash refunded some of my money, but the owner should be aware of 1. The waste your employees are creating (excessive cheese that has to be pulled off) and 2. Your employees not caring about the appearance of the food served to your customers. Hopefully they improve!

Food was good. Gal was a bit quiet. She did great. She was there all alone. It may have been slow, but with walk-ins, pick-up orders, on-line and prep, I think there should always be 2 people. Just saying.

Got literally every aspect of our online order wrong (bread, cheese, veggies, sauce, and seasonings) and upon going back for new ones it feels like they shorted us on the meat… my whole footlong had half a sandwich worth of meat. Definitely just go to jimmy John’s down the road or at the very least don’t use online orders so you can watch them. I normally wouldn’t complain but for $15 a sandwich and this being the 3rd time in a row there was something wrong with my food or order I couldn’t not warn people.

Andre is the OG sandwich maker!
He was polite, attentive, very fast, helpful, and courteous. My man drizzles the sauce, like the OG sandwich makers, none of that squirt lines stuff with the sauce that started happening mid Covid.

Whenever I ask the kids where there want to go, they almost always say Subway. What can I say, they love BLTs and they know that they get to “dance eat” when we eat here ? 99% of the time there’s just one guy running the store, Don, and he’s awesome! He’s usually making sandwiches for online orders and the store by himself and never stresses. He even always throws a few extra pickles on the side for my daughters dolly ? Thanks Don

0 ambience, I've never once been greeted by an employee. NEVER have I seen someone who works here wash their hands before donning gloves and I've been here more than a handful of times. DO NOT come here if you care about cleanliness or customer service!Worked at Subway for five years, multiple locations, and I've never seen a franchise as dead and disrespectful to food service as this one! At least most of them follow instructions properly the sandwiches are typically fine, it's hard to mess up my own sub. But man oh man, the service irks me to the core.Sorry it's such an inconvenience to you all I came to the sandwich shop to buy a sandwich!
