Waited 13 mins for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Only a couple with their dad was in there. 2 employees at 8pm but one sweeping when they close at 12am according to online. People first before chores people…. as a fellow door dasher this needs to improve.. time is money and I’m sure subway corp would say the same. Lack of initiative is sad these days

We always take out. You can dine in but not sure if they give table service. It might depend on how busy they are. You order your sandwich, salad, whatever you are ordering at the counter and they make it for you.

Not a Karen but Just now Food gave me stomach ache and threw up, refused to answer a call or refund me for a DoorDash order for what was missing. DoorDash called them and they refused to let another driver come get my cookie. My lawyer is going to have a field day with this lol.

I went in around 12:00 p.m. and I was very disappointed with the with the quality of the ingredients put in my sandwich. Nothing tasted fresh. The chicken was dry. The cheese was hard. It was disgusting! Now the customer service was great and the place looked clean.

I’ve been to the store twice now. The first time was on lunch. It was Extremely Busy with the two workers they had they were still able to pump out sandwiches at a decent time frame I just went in after work to get a sandwich. They were so busy helping online orders that I had to sit there and wait 10 minutes before I could even get helped. The lady threw some meat and cheese moved to the side and yet again I had to stand for two minutes before somebody else walked into the store and she continue to help them instead of just throwing some greens on my sandwich and helping me get out of the store.

I’ve ordered online several times and 30% of the time some part of my order is wrong. Calling the store directly gets no answer and leaving a message to please call gets no response. Terrible customer service

I was in town for a trip and stopped here for a sub to-go on 3/10/24. I just wanted to give props to the blonde teen guy employee there. It was hectic and he was upbeat and nice to everyone. I noticed another employee whose nametag said Maddi who was also working hard. Great sandwich and service!
