I just entered this place with my son, the boy who was at the counter ignored us, we looked at the menu and decided what to order we approached the area my son said sorry and the boy just looked at him and looked down continuing what he was doing, at the same time the girl who was there at the counter acted as if we were not there, without saying anything I left the place since it seemed that I was a ghost
This specific location is god-awful. Genuinely the worst food I have ever spent money on.

Originally greeted kindly, gentleman working was very polite and patient and understanding but Kayla wasn’t, I understand online orders were busy and we were patient the 10 minutes we waited to order then when we ordered, we ended up correcting her about making our order wrong and she didn’t seem to pleased then she ended up still making it wrong which were the footlong dippers and they didn’t taste good due to it.
Thank you to the gentleman tho for being kind and courteous.

Pretzels were cold, not even slight, warm sandwiches, barely had anything on them. The lady that took our order. Was it a bad mood or something? Was not that nice? Do not recommend this store. The other store in bend is much better.

Poorly created sandwiches, un aware of the need for basic customer service for a service industry such as subway. No regard to the value given for the consumer. We did use a coupon and understand it has limitations although the information delivered by the ASM and, employee was incorrect. Despite my call to speak with him, again not looking to have it remade or get money back but wanted to ask why? Unsatisfied with his response as well as our food.

If you were going to come here…just DONT! Seriously awful experience AND they touched my sandwich without gloves MULTIPLE times AND never once washed their hands after touching money, register etc… ?

They are SUPER short-staffed, but they do work hard to make up for it! Came in on 7/9/24, and had to wait a little while. I think one of the kids was still training, but despite being busy, Jayden was VERY friendly and professional. Kudos to him and the other young man who was working with him!!

This sandwich was missing half the things I said thro the drive thro. No mustard mayonnaise oil vinegar salt pepper parmesan cheese and to add to that they barely put turkey in the sandwich. I'm honestly pissed at this outcome. Terrible customer service you guys need to pay attention subway is too expensive for that treatment.
I was pretty disgusted when I came in a couple days ago at 5:30pm dinner time and was met by a single employee who looked to be maybe 17 years old running the whole restaurant, while making my order he revealed to me he had only been there for 5 days and had been left there alone because someone called in for their shift. He had His hands and voice were shaky and he was very clearly stressed out beyond belief. The kid was moving as fast as he could but had a pile of online order receipts on the counter waiting to be made and had to tell the customer who made in after me that he would have to do the online orders before making theirs and their wait would be at least 20min before he could get to them. How is it in any way acceptable to put an employee through this; especially someone clearly young, inexperienced, and probably makein minimum wage? How is there not a manager or an assistant manager there to step in and help in this situation, or at least to tell him to put up a sign and close the walk-in service so he could attempt to keep up with the drive-thru and delivery orders. Beyond that, being so rushed and very new the sandwich I left with was disappointing to say the least. Management need to figure their business and scheduling out here. Employees and customers shouldn't be subjected to this. Find a way to make your restaurant work, even if that means closing a section of your services to make other parts adequate ( I.e. close the lobby like so many other businesses have done when they're this understaffed.). I'll try them again in a week, and if the situation is similar they won't have my business again.

We went in with the group of four people and we were going to have four sandwiches. It was during the release of Subway coupons and they would not allow us to use our coupons because we had four people. We had 2 different coupons and wanted to do 2 separate transactions. They refused to let us use the 2 coupons and said we could only use one coupon.
So we left and went to another restaurant and they lost out on our business
We only came here anyway because we had the coupons we went to a much better restaurant so thank you for the experience.
