Quite possibly the best chile relleno I've ever had. All the dishes were exploding with fresh ingredients(spanish rice was done so right) and full of flavor. Must try when in Bend. Owner is great to talk to as well.

Must try when you are in Bend! I tried their Birria Tacos crunchy and soft style both. My husband tried the California burrito vegetarian and he said the potatoes in the burrito were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious!! The meat was so tender, melt in mouth and flavorful. I woke up craving these the next day. We will visit again for sure.
visited Bend for a show, and I’m so glad I came across this food truck. The birria burrito was amazing, and the owner is the sweetest. Amazing food and customer service, highly recommend!!

Oh man, what a delight!! The al pastor gordita was out of this world! And 2 for 14? Are you kidding me? Hand made tortillas AND it's a good deal?? I'm going to be dreaming of that deliciousness. I'll be back!
