Waited 47 minutes for my order, management really needs to get their act together, this is unacceptable for fast food. Upgrading from 1 star to 2 since staff was respectful and apologetic about being so painfully slow.
Online says they open at 7am. The door says they open at 7am. But it’s 7:30am and the doors are locked and no one is there. It’s fine to open later, but that needs to reflect on the app or online.

Got our order wrong AGAIN last night! Plus I always ask for extra cheese and I believe they charge you like 50 to 75 cents more these days and you hardly get more than two or three more shreds...ridiculous!

Order forty seven dollars worth of taco.Bell missing over half the order when calling to let them know that I was going to come back to get the order they hung up on me.And decided not to answer the phone anymore.Don't go here.It's the worst taco bell.I've ever been to, and i've been to some bad taco bells

Let them drown in delivery orders if they don’t want to do it correctly. Never will accept another order from this Taco Bell. They don’t respect delivery drivers.
PURCHASED for delivery:
Chicken Cantina bowl sans the lettuce and sauce.
RECEIVED:
90% rice, about 5% chicken, and 5% everything else – 11 easy to count black beans, sprinkle of cheese as if it's salt, and one tablespoon of Guacamole that just dissolved into the rice. Maybe that's the rule with the bowl, I'm uncertain, but it's incredibly deflating.
NOT WORTH: price, time, or hunger.

The management at taco bell forces delivery workers to wait over 30 minutes for an order. You should have a delivery order ready when I arrive? How is this acceptable to corporate shareholders.

They lock their lobby without any signs and yet still allow online orders for pickup inside. So you get to sit and wait in the long line of drive thru customers while your food gets cold. Genius.
Simply call to speak to a manager.Some little girl answered the phone said she was the manager but wouldn't give me her name wouldn't answer any of my questions.Super shady, super unprofessional and honestly I was trying to get contact information to make a complaint about the other taco.Bell, because it was disgustingly dirty.And this taco bell can't even hire a responsible person to answer the phone and give out managerial information. Taco Bell has become an absolute joke.
