They closed early for no reason. Made an online order an hour and a half before they closed and we pulled up to the drive through window and they were neglecting and laughing at us while trying to ask what was going on.

Went there at 10 pm… line wrapped around the block after a concert and they were closed. Huge line, cars in the parking lot, lights on, nobody home. Close at 12??? Worst service EVERRRR

The staff are the worse I’ve ever seen, all standing around texting and then when the line got longer they started ignoring everyone and refusing to give food that was paid for

We waited in line for over 45 minutes just to get to the window to be told we couldn’t be served. I’m sorry but why couldn’t anyone have come out and tell us all that you weren’t taking orders! Absolutely ridiculous.

The food was fine. The wait was pretty long though, pulled up to the window, and the single kid running it couldn't have been over 18, no wonder it took so long. Probably should get some more people on that, especially with how long the line was

Went inside to order food at 6:06 pm and got the food at 6:28pm now thats a long time to wait for Taco Bell.... (I worked at a Taco Bell in a mall and during the holiday shopping season one night we had three people call out and we were slammed with only 3 people working and no customer waited for 22min for their food ). I ordered a combo and ordered my crunchy taco with red sauce and extra beef and made it supreme,I didnt receive the extra beef or the red sauce but was charged for it. Not to mention the crunchy taco and the dorito taco were not crunchy at all. I had to remind them about the drink order. Overall next time I'll just go to a mom and pop taco place and skip ringing the Bell...
