This is by far the worst taco bell that I have been to. It's a haven for tweakers being sketchy in the lot and in the bathroom. When I arrive to pick up an Uber delivery I stand at the counter and am ignored completely after making eye contact. No I'll be right with you or anything. The Uber orders themselves get so backed up that I've had to cancel them several times. If you want a good Taco Bell experience then go to the one on the east side of town.

I was on lunch from work and wasted a lot of time waiting to be helped. After about 4 minutes not even being acknowledged, I finally decided to use the self service. More time and effort than I wanted to spend, finding where the crunch wrap was in their database of food. I'll tell ya though, after years without having one, the crunch wrap supreme was worth it 🤔

Uber eats driver here DO NOT COME TO THIS TACO BELL! if you want taco bell go to the other location this location is the only restaurant in town I will not take orders from since every time I come it's a 10-20+ minute wait and the staff is consistently rude.

I really can’t say enough negative things. Waited over an hour for a door dash order, completely unable to get a single employees attention the entire wait. When they finally called my order about 90 minutes into my wait, they gave me he completely wrong items. Took about another 15 minutes to flag someone down to tell them the order was wrong and was told if I wanted them to remake it I’d be put to the bottom of the list and it would be likely about an hour long wait. The store was not busy at all. It seemed like they were only taking drive thru orders and there was a few of them hiding in a corner in the kitchen just scrolling on their phones. Terrible experience and no accountability taken by staff. Idk how management is okay with this kind of service.
Staff is not overly friendly. The front end guy was doing his best at stocking, cleaning up after customers, etc. Not alot of the items we're available for him to stock. The facility
itself was dark and not very clean.

This is more of a drive through. The food is good, but the ptting tions have shrunk big time and the cost has increased. As long as you have someone serving you who is helpful, friendly and has patient, you're good. But, if you happen to get someone who does not have the patience for people, such as someone who has a disability, whether it be mental or physical, could be due to surgery and just needs to get food in their system, etc. do not go here! Some workers get so impatient, rude, rolling they're eyes at you and not deserving of our business to receive a pay check. Someone really need to open their eyes and realize that the customers are the ones who pay their paycheck. If the company doesn't have the customers, they will close their business and there goes your job! Please, wake up and remember who is in front of you. You are serving the public. Also, the wait time could be much better. Long wait in line.

Zero stars if I could. Went in for a pickup to find out it was stolen. They said they’d remake it, which took just about an hour. Today 11/16/24.

went here today (november 10th 2024) and asked for a baja blast FREEZE. the MALE ordertaker proceeded to accept my order and give me a BAJA BLAST ORIGINAL (not freeze), he has single handedly ruined my day and my life.
i will not recover.
