Late night employees basically always seem very high when I visit which always causes communication and service problems, and I've had two mobile orders "disappear" even when it showed on the screen at the speaker after long waits in line.

Discussing. Employee wasn't sure if a drink was diet or not so he took a sip off the cup and put a lid on it. When I said to change that out because that is gross and that would have never been excepted when I was a general manager. She tried to gas light me and say he didn't take a drink of it with a attitude like I was the problem. Basic food safety. If you can't follow it you shouldn't be trusted with peoples food. And need a different job.

If you get your correct food it’s usually made right but yet again today they forgot 2 items from my order in drive thru and I had to go back to the store to receive them.

Usually use drive through. During happy hour we were charged TV full price for a lemonada freeze instead of the $ 1.00 as advertised on menu. We were charged $ 3.69 a piece for 2.

The food was on the slim side..like half filled tacos burritis.probably 7 to 10 crew members most standing around in groups..5 took a break together..returned onky to stand in a huddle basically..and istoid at the order counter for 2 to 3 min.before asking for a water cup..and another 3 min.waiting for a response and then to get the cup......

Orders are never 100% correct. I always order my food with no meat or dairy, but I almost always get meat or cheese in at least one of my items. This last visit, we waited over 20 minutes for our food. All 4 items had dairy that I can't eat, and I did not notice until I was already on my way back to Eugene with no option to get them remade. This is not the first time this location has done this.
I was lucky enough to have a friend (also vegan) whose order was right offer to share with me so I could eat something... I was violently sick within just a couple hours of eating it.
Also, not being able to order from a human being who is standing at the register is terrible ?. Though, a robot that can get my order right would be great ?

Vegetarian options: You can request many items to be made vegetarian. Just don't expect this crew to care enough to get it that way.

Dietary restrictions: Look inside your food if you have restrictions because they don't seem to pay attention to order instructions

Parking: There are plenty of spots in the shared lot, though it is a tight area, and large vehicles may need to park on the street and walk in

Kid-friendliness: Kids love taco bell and I'm sure this one is no different

Wheelchair accessibility: Roll on in for some tacos ? ?

Such terrible service we were actually shocked. Went through the drive through, my husband kindly asked the person how’s it going and all he said back was “HORRIBLE”. His name was Max. Then went on to rant about how he’s out of everything and limiting everyone to a dollar amount they can spend. I’m sorry but if you’re out of everything why not close early? You work in customer service, and that attitude was so inappropriate.
