Appreciate when they are open late but more recently the hours are all over. Yesterday closed at 8PM, check for tomorrow (Tuesday), it says 12 Midnight, show up again. Closed at 8PM now the hours say Mondays they are open till midnight? I'm appreciate the staff I know they are working hard to keep this location going. Just very disappointed at the lack of consistency when we try and get a meal after work.

The employees heavily rely on the order kiosks, forgetting how to take orders. I forgot to order a side of sour cream and had to stand at the counter for 24 minutes while an employee I know stared at me and the rest ignored me. They always forget something and I never get the drink I order. I always order a root beer and ALWAYS get a MTN dew. The atmosphere puts off a bit of a dingy and vacant feel.
I suggest going through the drive through and CHECKING YOUR FOOD for accuracy BEFORE leaving!

UP.DATE. YOUR. HOURS. I think I speak for anyone who shows up and you’re completely closed. You’re wasting peoples times and it’s not hard to update the hours for this location. There was at least 5 cars that pulled up same time as I did just to discover you guys don’t update hours here. I’m so annoyed. Wasting my time. 0 star if I could, because it’s not the first, second, or third time. Ridiculous both locations don’t know how to function.

Picked up our order immediately when it was ready. The Chalupas were rock hard. This could make folks sick. Someone is handing out food that has been sitting too long. The folks that took a bite of these - feel ill. We are saving in the freezer incase anyone gets sick and, reporting to corporate. These should have never been handed out this way. I am concerned about others as well, being served food this old. I want others to be aware. Whatever employee handled these out, needs to be talked to.

Taco Bell is such a joke anymore. The amount of times they screw up the orders is crazy. And the quality of the food and the amount that you get is insane compared to how it used to be. Definitely won't ever go back after the last time when we got all our items with little to no ingredients inside our tacos and burritos.

Taco Bell’s used to be open until 2 am in this town and now this location, being the latest running in town until 12 am, will have you waiting AT LEAST an hour in the massive line of cars and I bet once you finally get your food, the order will be wrong. Clearly the workers are stressed and understaffed, this is a company/management issue. I get that it’s hard to find workers nowadays, I’m patient in that sense, but come on.

This was the worst Taco Bell I have had!!! There was hardly any fillings in our beefy five layer burritos! Only a little beans and meat couldn’t even see the cheese! We will never go back!
This location is again randomly closed (2:00pm Monday) with zero online updates or even a note on the door. This location just a few months ago was the fastest and most reliable Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. But now unreliable service hours even at 8:00pm on a Friday or Saturday is the norm. Lobby closed which backs up the drive thru.. Sad to see.

So the queue is 10-13 cars longs, all the way to the outside street. Waste of time, resources and energy 🙃

They shut down there store randomly and cause the Taco Bell on third to be extremely overcrowded. They also randomly decide to close their lobby during business hours just like the Taco Bell on third. Don't even think about picking up a door dash or Uber Eats order from either Taco Bell because you will be sitting in a drive through line just to pick up an order for 30 minutes +
