Ok I’m gonna make the most honest review I can
The food is amazing it got here in 2 minutes
Fast affordable and delicious I love the portions and it fills me up just right

And the service is pretty good too
Not the best but it’s good

And then the atmosphere

Isn’t that good

I like how it looks but there’s some stuff I don’t like

There is a huge fan that makes it hard to eat because it blows everything away
Maybe invest in better air conditioning

And it wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t that clean

So in short food 10/10

Service 9/10

Fun little spot that is very popular. We were traveling and looking for a good spot to get a bite. When we arrived it was pretty packed but they do an excellent job of moving through orders. It was a place that just felt good to be at. Our food was very good and the portions were generous .

A great late night Mexican food go-to with AMAZING, fast and friendly service. Outdated decor but super clean! This is really your basic, no-nonsense taco shop but with incredible service. The atmosphere is typically a younger and/or eclectic crowd. Happy and vibrant with lots of Old Mill concert goers and late night bar hoppers. A staple in Bend's historic downtown!

This place used to have half decent food….. can’t even eat this. Not even sure what this is….. too bad the original crew isn’t there anymore. A soggy mess of this….. whatever this is….. this is what I got….. for now reason at all….. also the prices didn’t match the menu prices…… no explanation for that. Will never go back again.

After finishing a concert at the amphitheater, my husband and I were craving a late night bite to eat and desperately trying to find anything in Bend that was open past 11 PM.

Someone suggested Taco Salsa so we made our way over and waited in the drive-through. Once it was our turn to order, we decided to get a cheese quesadilla, a Carne Asada taco, and an order of the rolled chicken tacos (I just thought these were called taquitos but I could be wrong).

We took our food back to our hotel and dug in. The cheese quesadilla was nothing special, but when all it consists of is two ingredients, it's kind of hard to mess that up.

My husband did not enjoy the Carne Asada taco and ended up not finishing it. As for the rolled chicken tacos, they were initially crispy and I think they would've been much tastier if they had not been absolutely covered in sour cream and salsa.

I would've appreciated eating them plain or having the choice to just dip them into salsa myself, but after sitting in the juices of the salsa and sour cream, they ended up turning soggy and the texture was offputting to me.

If you're in a pinch, looking for a late night bite to eat in Bend, this may be one of your only options.

We came in from a 6 hour drive looking for good food and we found some great food here. I had the Carne Asada Burrito and its great if you dont love rice. Very flavorful and the wife had 12 rolled tacos. She ate 4 and she was full. VERY DELICIOUS all the way around. The salsa bar was great! They even had grilled onions and jalapeños for free to add to your meals. Only thing id change is add a mango salsa to the salsa bar!

This is hands down best place for fast, affordable, and delicious Mexican food. The burritos are always spot on. Especially the breakfast ones. And they are huge. For a town that is littered with wonderful places to eat but are priced for a certain class. Taco salsa has stayed true. To deliver great food at a reasonable price. With amazing customer service.
