The a la carte menu and food were great. We mostly had the idli and dosa and they were excellent. The Sambar and they chutneys on the side was hella good!!
Not to diss the other Indian restaurant in Bend, but the Taj was wayyyyyy better than the other one.
Vegetarian options: The idli, sambar and dosa are probably even vegan, surely vegetarian.

By far the best Indian food I have had in along time. It is hard to find South Indian food. Very good portion, very well prepared, very well packaged to bring home. Can't wait to make another trip to Taj Palace!! Highly recommend Taj Palace Indian Cuisine!!
