First time trying Indian food, flavors were exactly what I was looking for. Food was right amount of spicy, but may kick it up a notch next time. Went with the buffet in order to try a variety of dishes and wasn't disappointed. All were very good. Also tried Indian beer. Thank you Taj Palace for making my experience great.
Food was just like authentic home madem. Not too spicy, hand just the right flavor, very light and delicious. I tried the buffet and each item was tasteful and value for money. Ocra, raita, chicken, rice and desserts were all genuinely good. Didnt hope to find such flavor out in the PNW.
Amazing Indian food, staff was friendly and very kind. Ordered karai, tandoori, korma and daal, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed the dinner meal option with all the extra goodies! Highly recommend, we all enjoyed our dishes, definitely on our list to come back to.
