I love this place! Love the atmosphere and never ending positive energy of the manager/employees. Every drink I had always have perfect amount of sweetness and boba. The only but is that sometimes it feels too milky/creamy. I wish they would put more tea than milk. Anyways, everything is great so I can't complain :D always come here when I'm craving for something sweet to drink! Better than drinking soda or Coca Cola ahaha xD

The WORST OWNER MANAGER AND SERVICE! save yourself the misery of non existent customer service this disgusting business has to offer. I feel sorry for the employees who work here and any customer walking in who thinks they will get good products and a welcoming atmosphere! Old, used food products that taste like last weeks trash! Close down already so we can enjoy an actually successful business in town that we NEED!

The best part of this place is how happy it makes the kids. They love Boba. I think this is a unique and cute little place. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't super friendly (seemed pretty annoyed that my daughter and her friend ordered cotton candy, cause she had to make it. Maybe I just read her reaction wrong). Will try again.

We went for the first time yesterday. It was not the best experience. The girl behind the counter was pretty rude and seemed put out that we were even there. We ordered drinks and sat down (we were literally the only ones in the place). It took a very long time to get our drinks. One person in our group noticed that his "snickers" drink was basically just chocolate syrup and milk. He went to the counter to ask where the other ingredients were and she said they ran out of the other stuff in the drink. That would have been good to know when it was being ordered. We didn't realize that they closed at 7pm so we were sitting there chatting and drinking our drinks when the girl comes over and says "hey guys time to leave now" and just stands there. Awkward. So needless to say... we won't be going back.

Literally drove all the way from NE Bend to get to this location. Called the tea shop to make sure they were open until seven. The lady who answered SAID THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 7. We drive there and get there at 6:25. CLOSED. Seriously? 3rd time this has happened. Sooo annoying.

Walked in with my service dog to get a refreshing tea and was told before I got to the register to leave. What in holy hell is that about! Turn down business ? You guys must be doing so well you don't need new customers. I offered to show her tag and papers but was given a nasty vibe. Noooo one was in your shop! Could have said, I'd love to serve you but we can't have your dog in here. She's a tiny little french Bulldog. Who gets me though my days and nights. And gives me comfort to go out and do the things I need done. I'm bi polar, with PTSD. You could have been nice about it. Shame on you. Your sister store in downtown Bend was out promoting your products and giving away samples at the salon I work at for First Friday. We all fell in love with your products!!! There's several of us here. I was going into your shop to get one of those tastey teas we got ! Well after what happened with this guy at your south location none of us here will be patronizing your establishments. Don't be rude to people! That's a sure way for you to fail in this tiny town called Bend. Word travels fast and it's just not fair. You have no idea, nor is it any of your business what kind of issues people are dealing with . Mental heath issues are very serious. You lost a bunch of new customers due to the guy who was working on weds afternoon.
