The staff was rude! We came in 20 minutes before closing and had a 6 person order. She told us that we couldn't order coffee because she had already put the stuff away. After we got our order we were told that they were closing in exactly 3 minutes and basically kicked us out. The drinks were good, but the rudeness ruined it for me.

Boba was decent enough but nothing special. The boba was very sweet so make sure you ask for a slightly lower amount than you want. You can probably pass on this one.

I never write reviews, but I have to warn people about this place. Tapioca pearls are hard and everything is way too sugary even if you get the lowest level of sugar. The toppings are usually stale. I honestly think it’s trying to appeal to families more than people that actually like bubble tea, which is fine, but don’t come if you want genuine bubble tea. It doesn’t even resemble the bubble tea shops in most other cities, but as usual, Bend is lagging behind and this is the best we have

Went at 5:30, they close at 6. As I walked in the door they said “we have no tapioca and we are about to close but there are plenty of restaurants down this street”. I understand at 6 or just before bit 30 minutes before closing seems crazy.

I use to walk here for a treat after work every now and then. I introduced my husband to boba tea and it's rare that he goes a week without stopping in. There are several locations around Bend and we enjoy each of them and the quality is consistant and comparable between locations. We have tried other boba options around Bend but keep returning to Teacupfuls. I really appreciate the locals favorites and the seasonal menu when I'm looking to try something new.

My family and I visited TeaCupFuls while on vacation in Bend. The customer service is the best we received at any tea establishment. We all had Boba tea and it tasted fantastic! We highly recommend TeaCupFuls!!!!
