Horrible. They got my order wrong and raised the prices unnecessarily. Don’t go here. Way too over priced go somewhere like the grove or anywhere else.

I ordered the traditional milk tea with tapioca pearls with no sweetness and it tasted closer to water than tea (there was no taste of tea). The pearls were quite firm, and had a weird aftertaste. The pearls were so sweet that it made the entire drink taste like sugar water. The price and atmosphere was decent, though.
The other person in my party got Thai tea and it appeared to be died orange.

Every time I come the workers are great and the tea is good. Although one time I went the worker messed up my drink and put tapioca in it when I did not request that. She charged me for it too. When I asked her about it she said “well it’s in there now🤷🏻♀️”. tf?

Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Nyesha, Apollo, and Nicole were so helpful in answering our questions about Bend, and walked us through the menu. We also love that this place is so openly supportive of diversity and all communities. We'll definitely be back!
