The food was absolutely incredible. Seriously, I feel like I was transported to Asia. I am also gluten free and they said they could make everything gluten free. The flavors and spices are combinations I haven’t tasted since I was in Asia. Please go check them out, you won’t regret it. What a gift to have in Bend, Oregon.

Absolutely delicious South Asian food and maybe some of the best I’ve had in Bend! You can really taste the love the owners put into their recipes and food. We had the chicken satay with stir fried bok choy and both were incredibly flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. And the homemade sambal is to die for! A new fave for sure.

I checked out this food truck based on its ridiculously high ratings, and found my new favorite food truck in Bend! The fresh ingredients, delicious and skillfully executed flavors, and super kind owners make this food truck a stand out. As far as I know, this is Bend’s first SE Asian food cart/restaurant—and it is SO GOOD. I usually have to travel far outside of Bend to find SE Asian food, so I felt like it was well worth to make the trek (it’s near Blockbuster) to enjoy this new food cart.

We live right around the corner from this spot and walked past them on our way to the grocery all the time and finally decided to try it, what an awesome payoff! The family who runs this pop up is so lovely and was ready to answer all our questions about the food. The food was AMAZING!! so flavorful, i believe the day we went it was bokchoy and chicken satay. It was fresh and simple, a fantastic stop for lunch. They gave us a bag of chips each with our meal so we could snack on them while we waited. they have shady tents over some tables to eat there should you want to, and food came out super quick. I can’t recommend them enough and am so excited to go back and try everything else they have :)
