Crispy rice, overcooked meat. Staff doesn’t speak english so your order won’t be correct, and if you tell the that it’s wrong they basically call you a liar.

The rise seemed old and the chicken meat was a really dark color. First bite I took I noticed the rice had clumps of something that was a tougher material, pretty gross. Guy taking the orders doesn’t really understand English aswell so when I asked if he could have the chef cut the chicken into smaller pieces, he said he would. And I got my order and they weren’t cut smaller.

Stopped at a nearby shop to pick something up and it was lunch time. I was hungry and frankly the restaurant and yummy fragrance coming from it. So I went inside and ordered the steak bowl to go. It was really good. And had way more steak than I except and way more than I could eat in one sitting. It will be lunch tomorrow too.

I can't really rate chain fast food 5 stars, but they were friendly the food is fresh, and the restaurant was clean.

DOOR DASHERS BEWARE!!! They will not start the order you are picking up until you arrive in store. The counter clerk told me this and he told me they do it because dashers don't show. Then he told me I had to get the drinks for the order also. I told him that was his job. Neither of these issues are proper on the restaurants part. Ill be letting Door Dash know and I will refuse any order in the future from this business.

Much better quality since the new ownership, if you haven't been here in a while, don't be afraid to give them another chance.
Lady at front was super friendly, in spite of being fairly busy. Ordered ahead, and food was fresh, generous portions, and ready at the time promised. Order wasn't exactly what was ordered, but it was delicious anyway, not mad about it. Not even a little bit. Thanks for the yummy New Year's Day dinner!

If you want some shitty food come here. It's never the same! Sometimes it good sometimes it's hard rice & chicken scrapped from the bottom of the pan. It's about 30-40 $ for two people and it's truly not worth it. After going here for roughly 5 years I've had enough, and I'm no longer supporting a business that can't even reply after a satisfactory dinner. I recommend looking around and go somewhere else. I won't be throwing money away at this place anymore.

At 1 today I decided to take my son out for lunch so we went to this place. I got there and I was waiting for an employee to come and take our order so I was asking my son what he wanted to eat as I was asking him what he wanted another customer came in behind me at the same time and employee came out from the back. He looked at the lady behind me and said are you ready to order and she said yes, so she went in front of me. He took her order before mine even though I was ready I was just asking my son what he wanted to eat. he ordered the chicken teriyaki with noodles and vegetables. I ordered the salmon and white rice with vegetables. Both of us barely got any vegetables at all. I paid $37 for mainly rice and noodles. There was hardly any protein. There was hardly any vegetables I had to order a separate order of veggies just so my son had broccoli. and when I ordered the broccoli the employee treated me rudely like I was annoying him, while we were eating that same employee came out again to tell me why ordering the broccoli coated more and he seen me trying to scan the Google reviews on the table he just walked away laughing…so unprofessional and totally NOT worth 40 bucks at all!

The food is sup par.
Rice is hard and day old.
Dinning room not well kept.
For an order of two plates they gave one sauce packet to share between the two of us.
Would not come back here even if i was starving.
