Not real teriyaki to be honest. I'm not really a purist about that but it's really just a Chinese-american take out spot trying to fill the gap in the market by calling itself teriyaki. That's fine but food was just okay and the people working there are not siked to be there to say the least. If you're looking for teriyaki in Bend this will probably be a let down.

Waited with 1 person in front of us over 45 mins to get 2 basic bowls. Facility was dirty and the tables were all broken. Front counter associate told us they lost "all sorts of orders" and his staff doesn't speak English to address the problems... so we continue to wait now going on an hour... again with 1 order in front of us.

This isn't a review of their food. This isn't a review on teriyaki madness as much as it is a review on the person EVERYONE had to work with. There is a blonde haired dude that wears these big pants that's rude everything I go in. I do doordash and I pick up orders from teriyaki madness all the time. Every person I've worked with at thos teriyaki madness have been wonderful EXCEPT for this blonde kid with parachute pants. He's not nice to any customer, looks like he takes pride in being rude, and ultimately shouldn't be working if he has that . Much of a chip on his shoulder to take orders. Just fire him. By my description you'll know exactly who I'm talking about.

This was the first time I have ordered from Teriyaki Madness and probably the last. I wasn’t impressed. Raw vegetables and overcooked (basically jerky) steak in my steak yakisoba bowl. Little sauce and just all around disappointment.
I love teriyaki madness menu and food. There were many in the previous city I lived in and never had a bad experience. Bend’s location however is different. It doesn’t have the same menu, specifically the prawns, as other locations. Get your order to go because bathrooms are not clean, out of paper towels, and every table is so un-level that if you sit a drink on it, it will fall off the second you touch table. Could be a great spot if they took a little more pride in their establishment.

Last year if I came into this place it was delicious. Now I ordered a very expensive meal for it to be messed up. I was at the store and asked them to fix it, in which they told me I would HAVE to talk to a manager and call a different day since they weren't there. Fast forward a month and over 20 calls with the falls promises and false help they offered. Now I'm told only the owner can help and it's beyond frustrating. I'm probably not coming back here again. Waste of my time. Very disappointing
