This place is amazing! Their corned beef is braised for 14 hours and the Reuben is to Die for!!!! Grab a beer and a Reuben, trust this high-end foody!

The food is fine, nothing exceptional but not bad either. The service though... awful. The gray haired lady who often works the cart is unfriendly, and often seems bothered that she has a job to do. We won't eat here because of her.

The Burger of the Day.....This burger I had at Bevel Brewing is absolutely the top 3 burgers I've ever had! And ive had ALOT of burgers.Everything just comes together for a flavor bang! I'll be back time and again.

I had the pleasure of trying the rueben, pblt, fries, and their garlic aioli. I'll start with the side, the fries were unique and well seasoned. They were really nice to snack on especially with a beer from on tap. They fit well with the aioli, it had a nice flavor. The meat in both the pblt and rueben were very good, it was NOT sliced lunch meat, it tasted fresh. The rye on the rueben was not marbled, the light rye was on the outside. This made the bread have a nice crust which wasn't as stiff or crunchy as others. I have one gripe, both the sandwiches were dry. I don't feel like it took too much away from their sandwiches though.

First time to visit food truck heaven and tap house. What took me soo long?? Ruben sando was beyond good. Can't think of the right descriptor. Just amazing Loved it so much went back 3 days later to have another Ruben with the great fry's. Been a long time where I couldn't wait to go back and eat some where again. Loved the vibe , beer selection was awesome topped of the meal. Cannot wait to go back again. Cheers
