I’ve only eaten here once and my experience was lovely. The staff are super friendly and very attentive to their customers. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was quite cozy. Think I just found my new fave brunch spot.

A lil disappointed by how long everything takes here. Waited at least an hour for a table...ended up being sat at an empty table we had looked at for at least 20 minutes. Drinks came out quickly but food was over an hour for Breakfast... since Bend has so many restaurants most likely will not be returning to the Victorian Cafe. Breakfast should not take more than 2 hours.

Local, we come a few times a year and it's always a treat. Things have changed dramatically for the worse. The food quality has gone way down. We had two popular breakfast dishes, the Sweet Hash of Joy and the Victorian breakfast. They were both not just disappointing and bland, but actually pretty gross. The Hash had burnt bacon bits, not candied as they are supposed to come. The classic Victorian breakfast had weird bland pancakes that tasted like baking powder and was served with really gross tasting FAKE syrup, definitely not real maple syrup. The bacon was also really bad, crazy thin, burnt to a crisp and barely 1.5 pieces.

Come on the V, you can do so much better!

Dog friendly patio scored the most points, lol. In all seriousness, the service, food and atmosphere was amazing. The patio was covered where we sat, and had a strong overhead heater. The staff was super sweet, was nice to our dog and made sure we always had water and coffee. The food came out promptly and was delicious 😋 The Bloody was loaded, highly recommend.

It was good and looked great but it wasn't WOW and it was pricey. I do understand they use fresh ingredients but I got the beets and barata hash and it was $24.

We were lucky enough to grab seats at the bar, and boy are we glad we did. The crab benedict was out of this world! The place was slammed (as expected), but the waitresses were prompt, and obviously were very accustomed to the hustle.

10/10 portions, food, service. A must visit while you’re in Bend.

This is a typical diner, not a nice breakfast spot. I could understand the fun part of Bloody Mary in the morning and could tolerate no coffee machine at a breakfast restaurant, but wild salmon egg Benedict was really bad. Left hungry and disappointed. Parking spots are bad too - you might get a spot but try getting out of it in a full parking lot.
