We had breakfast here today. I had California Eggs Benedict and it was the best breakfast I have ever had. Cannot recommend enough. 5 stars!!
The wait staff was friendly and fast.

Amazing breakfast with great choices. Both of our meals were perfection 👌

Hefty portions, savory goodness, and coffee like a waterfall. This place has hype, but it is deserved. Also, they have many good things, but the hash is super duper good. Service was absolutely amazing and very thoughtful, and the ambience is like you are at your g-ma's house and she is an amazing breakfast cook, like too good.

Worth the wait! We were told 1.5 hour wait but the atmosphere was so good - people sitting outside socialising we didn’t mind to wait. The food and drinks are great and fantastic service. Highly recommend and would return again!

Great food and service as is always the case here. Also the reason for long lines but if you get there early this is not an issue.

Delicious breakfast!

The food was average and the service was horrible. After waiting over an hour and a half for a table it took 20 minutes just to get drinks ordered. Service was slow to get our food ordered, than my wife's dish came out wrong. This error was caught by the back of the house and made right. The only good service we received was by the back of the house. I understand it's a small cozy restaurant but, you have to flip a 2 top in less than an hour and a half.

Brunch in Bend... Victorian Cafe is a staple!! You can usually expect a bit of a wait, but it is well worth it. They've got a beautiful outdoor seating area to compliment dining inside. It was great weather this weekend, so we grabbed our drinks outside and hung out by the awesome firepits while we waited for our table.
Chloe and her mom were our servers, and they were amazing. Super kind and took great care of us.
I had the Pepper Bloody Mary and the Fried Chicken Benedict, and they were both incredible. Highly recommend! I can't wait to go back!

This is the best restaurant place I’ve ever been to that’s all I have to say

We arrived on a Tuesday morning about 30 minutes after opening and there was only one other table with customers, so not busy at all.

I would describe the Victorian Café as an ok spot, but overpriced. A cup of VERY strong black coffee for $5, and a breakfast plate for $20. Flavor was fine - nothing novel or unique, just good food - but portion sizes were underwhelming. Basically not a great value. Also, I was looking forward to a scone, but they didn’t have any made that day. That was disappointing. We may try them again, but there are several other spots in town we’ll want to hit first.

Got there a little after 7 on a Thursday so parking was easy and service was attentive. We hadn't been in a while and the food was so delicious I wanted to give a shout out. I had the Wild Salmon bene and my Wife had the California omelet. Both arrived beautifully presented and hot. Portions were large but not overwhelming and they tasted as good as they looked. We especially liked the fried potatoes! Seems like almost every place in town has some take on this but the Vic's fried potatoes are the best by far. We won't wait so long for our next visit and you shouldn't either!

Over rated. The menu is creative and the food would be ok if it was served warm. But the service was abysmal. These ladies need to find a career outside of the service industry.
We had to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. A simple breakfast order was messed up. No personality. No hello. A bit rude. And the place was only 1/2 full.
