We got Nacho crunch wraps the portion size was great we could have shared one, really good value for money too
Delicious - ate at the picnic tables in the food truck area - maximized crunchiness. Bonus: This is the first hand sandwich I haven’t had cover my hands with food thanks to their wrap technique and my careful catching of the stuffing
100% plant-based truck offering Mexican-inspired meals and sides. The Buffalo Chick’n and Cheeseburger Crunch Wraps were impressive - packed full of flavour and texture. The portion size is big. Wait time was long but we grabbed a drink and enjoyed the atmosphere. The ice cream truck nearby offers freshly made fruit soft serve with a vegan coconut base if you’re looking for a cold treat.
I had the 5-layer burrito, which was absolutely delicious. No complaints except that it took 30 minutes to get out food.
The buffalo wrap was so tasty. I asked if it contained nutritional yeast (migraine trigger for me), the cashier thought for a brief second and concretely confirmed that only the tofu scramble and queso sauce contained nutritional yeast. It feels reassuring that they know their ingredients by heart! It was the best crunch wrap I have ever had. The juicy vegan chicken mixed with lots of sauce and a crunchy tortilla layer, was incredible. If anything, it's a bit too flavorful for me 😅. I gobbled the whole thing down like I haven't eaten for days. The only minor negative thing is that It was a bit too salty for my taste, however, I know buffalo sauce is usually quite salty so I expected that. The portion size is also quite generous, I felt almost full after only half of the wrap. Love this 100% vegan food truck! Thank you for making the world a better place! The truck was also right next to several other food trucks offering many vegan and vegetarian options, including vegan ice cream, vegan cheesecake 😍, vegan Indian and Thai fusion good, vegetarian Italian food, a big brewery... We were kind of disappointed not to find more vegan options in Bend, but Toasty to the rescue! Everything we ate was delicious, but my favorite was the BBQ tempeh tacos with amazing tempeh, some kind of yummy cheesy sauce, and perfect soft corn tortillas. They're really onto something over there!
We swung in here for lunch on our way outta town. It was hard to narrow down what we wanted to try—lots of tasty sounding options to pick from! We ended up on some chips n queso (had an old school vegan vibe to the cheese dip, but in an updated and delicious way, don’t skip these!), the tempeh tacos, and the buffalo Chikn Crunchwrap. I’m not sure what they do to the tempeh, but it was some of the best I’ve had. The Crunchwrap was also really good, there were a lot of flavors and textures to keep my mouth happy.
Prior to arriving at the food truck, I was happy to see several customers enjoying food from the food truck. Upon arriving at the food truck, I liked the clean appearance of the food truck which had a sleet menu and colorful sign near the order window. The employee was friendly and informative. When husband informed her of his severe nut allergy, she confirmed the severity of the allergy then told him that the only item on the containing nut is the cashew queso. I really appreciated that she also asked if hubby preferred that they use a complete separate area to make his crunchwrap to reduce the possibility of cross contamination and he replied yes. After looking at their vast menu, I ordered a pizza crunchwrap without jalapeños and a side of vegan garlic bread and hubby ordered a nacho crunchwrap without the cashew queso. With the completion of our order, I was handed a buzzer and enjoyed finding a nearby place to sit not too far from the food truck. Following a short wait, our food was ready to be picked up. My pizza crunchwrap was flavorful, crispy, and well balanced with vegan meat and the cashew quo. The vegan garlic bread was crunchy, buttery, and fragrant. Hubby loved his nacho crunchwrap and even without the cashew queso, the flavor profile was multilayered and perfectly spiced. Considering that this was our first time visiting Toasty, we will definitely plan to visit again the next time we visit Bend!
My husband and I got the nacho crunch wrap, beefy 5 layer burrito and the chips and queso. Everything was really good. The burrito is absolutely massive. The flavors were on point. Felt like a healthier version of classic taco bell nostalgia. I dipped the crunch wrap into the queso sauce and it sent it out of this world! Go try this place if you are in Bend.
If I lived here, I would eat here every day. The crunch wrap, 5 layer burrito and breakfast burrito are all to die for. Eat here!!

You HAVE to go to Toasty. It’s a permanent food truck in Podski. We got the Frito burrito and the cheeseburger crunch wrap. I could drink the queso (not really but you get what I mean)! We wanted to get more food because it was that delicious but we were too full. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bend.
Love their crunchwrap and nachos! They're really flavorful and definitely fill you up.
Awesome truck, hope to return
Fantastic ALL-VEGAN gem in Bend. The food was delicious.
This place deserves 6 stars. I can’t believe how 100% satisfying my food was. I got the rainbow bowl with avocado and crema. Perfection!
