They were so responsive, nice, and helpful. And the wedding cake I ordered was really pretty. They did exactly what I wanted. So this review comes with a bit of a wince. The cake was the most dry cake we've ever had. It tasted good, but so dry most people didn't finish eating their slice. Bummed. Maybe just a fluke?
I ordered from here for my wedding this Summer in Bend, Oregon, and I was very happy with the products. While I've never dined in, so can't speak to the atmosphere of the shop(s), my guests finished off all the desserts and cakes, and we thought everything was perfect. My experience was 5 stars for sure! It was a no hassle and easy pick up and everything was boxed nicely.
