I had high hopes for the baguette. While it is very good for a classic boule in the shape of a baguette, it is, in fact, a boule in the shape of a baguette. So many bakers think that a baguette is merely the shape of the bread. It is not.
Oh em gee. What tasty treats! The chocolate eddy is possibly the best pastry I’ve ever had. These folks helped me gear up for a couple of work meetings, making it very easy and choosing a good assortment of treats that would help me put my best foot forward. I’m gonna have to stop by every time I’m in town now.
Great little bakery! We were lucky to have an AirBnB in the neighborhood behind here, and walked over for coffee in the morning. The coffee was delicious, the service was warm and friendly, and the pastries were DELICIOUS!! Flaky, and buttery and scrumptious! My kids loved the chocolate chunk cookies (that were as big as their faces!), the chocolate eddy, and my husband and I loved the raspberry cream cheese danish! So tasty!! We didn’t get a chance to try them, but the locals...
