Amazing experience and wonderfully dramatic stage show of Edgar Allen Poe’s works! I do wish the environment had been closer to a speak easy by having tables and some extra space, but it was still awesome! Can’t wait for next year!

Bought a ticket on 6/27/25 that was falsely advertised for a same day show (which was actually rescheduled to months later unbeknownst to me), requested refund, never heard back after a month and several inquiries via phone and email. Would've understood if they said they couldn't refund, but being completely ghosted is not cool. Terrible customer service sums it up.
UPDATE on 8/21/25: It's been exactly a month since owner responded to my review and still no refund OR response to my emails or calls. It's pretty funny because he responded to my review about 5 seconds after I posted it, but can't bother to email or call back.
