Bought a ticket on 6/27/25 that was falsely advertised for a same day show (which was actually rescheduled to months later unbeknownst to me), requested refund, never heard back after a month and several inquiries via phone and email. Would've understood if they said they couldn't refund, but being completely ghosted is not cool. Terrible customer service sums it up.
UPDATE on 8/21/25: It's been exactly a month since owner responded to my review and still no refund OR response to my emails or calls. It's pretty funny because he responded to my review about 5 seconds after I posted it, but can't bother to email or call back.

We hit an after show party and it was so packed. Waited in line for 30 minutes to get in then they opened another line and started letting the folks that just arrived in. A bit unfair. Great music, funky vibe. Too packed

I was a little iffy on the idea of new owners and the remodel, but it's really been for the best. Sound has vastly improved and the full bar was a very welcomed addition.
Great venue for live music , bartenders are top notch as well. Looking forward to more events

Really fun place to see a show! Took my daughter and her friend to see a band I first saw 20 years ago. The bartender was super awesome!!! Drinks are a bit overpriced,but it's Bend and I kinda knew they would be going in. I spent way too much at the metch table, but that's on me.

Space was way too crowded for the amount of people during Champagne Drip. Visuals kind of sucked compared to other venues. Speakers we medocre at best. Not enough airflow. It was incredibly hot in the venue. Bathrooms are a joke. Having space outside for people THAT DONT SMOKE to cool off would be a nice addition.
