The cashier at the drive up window Andy had great customer service skills, friendly and very professional. This is an employee they should want to keep around. We offered him a job in Washington.. declined us. HE LOVES HIS JOB.

The chicken tenders were rancid and hard as a rock, the fries were old and cold, the diet coke tasted like some generic soda. We also got a burger which was fair but certainly not good. We threw it all away and will never go back.

The gentleman named Mike, who was working the drive thru window the evening of 10/10/25 is an well rounded and exemplary employee. I’d offer him a role myself if I could. Mike visibly demonstrates all the qualities necessary to lead a winning team- no matter the business. 10/10 service-thank you!

There was a long line for the dinner rush but Mike who was working the window Friday Oct 10 was incredibly friendly and kind. He showed composure and great leadership while under pressure and I'd be glad to have him as a manager!

so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. The service people at the window were nice, but I was lied to this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. I’ve been told that something is cooking and I need a wait a couple minutes and it would be right out. I waited 20 minutes for one chicken sandwich to be done. I walked inside the moment that they were gonna run it out to me, and I checked the bag and asked if everything was in there was told everything was in there. Everything was not in there. I was missing one of my items. Again, this is the second time this has happened to me. The only time I’ve ever had good service here was during the day. I put in a mobile order so that my food would be more prepared by the time I arrived. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location unless it’s daytime and most likely I’d rather go to the other location. That’s here in town.

Usually, it's good. This day, however, it was just so-so.
Maybe they were having an off day.
No one was there and this should have been our first clue.

I personally love Wendy’s food but the man at the window who was giving me my order called me sweetheart made a joke about how he had to wash his hands because he was picking his nose and how I wouldn’t want that. I couldn’t help but notice the amount of dandruff on the ends of his hair and how flaky it was and he wasn’t wearing any hair net. NO ONE WAS , honestly I was so disgusted I didn’t eat my food nor will never go to that Wendy’s ever again. Please either fix your hygiene standards or shut down.
