The food is great, and the staff is always friendly. Occasionally, they’ve forgotten a Frosty or my fries, but they always correct the mistake, so I don’t fault them for it. Even on busy days, I’ve consistently received my food within 5-10 minutes, which is impressive. Overall, it's a solid experience!

Breakfast Croissant bacon was good. I wish it was offered with ham. Potatoes are too dry. Need tots or potatoe patty fried. Or a sause to dip them it. Couldn't eat them. Soooo dry!
I do like the little hamburger, for me, the one with lettuce and tomatoe. It's just right!

We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes when there were only 2 cars in front of us. They forgot all of our sauce and also our napkins. Horrible experience

There was literally no one there. One person in front of me and eventually one behind that came after I had been waiting 10 minutes at the second window. (Dining room was already closed). I watched through the second window an employee open a plastic bag and scoop up what looked like nuggets into a bowl and microwave them. THEN some dude came over and put a like culinary spoonful of junk on them. I mean it’s fast food so whatever but seriously? Don’t brag about quality.

Edit: plenty enough staff there idk what they were doing and the entire wait up time was over 20 minutes

I placed an online order for pick up. I went to the store but main lobby was closed, with no signage explaining why. This was at 6:30pm and dining room hours said open til 10pm. So I went through the drive thru to try and pick up my order. The worker said there was nothing for mobile orders, so I wasted 20 mins in line. No remedies were offered, they just said to request a refund online. I also work customer service and am very understanding of short staff, etc especially because it is snowy today. BUT no help was offered, staff were rude and unprofessional, and now I have to wait til monday to hear back from Wendy's customer service team about getting a refund. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this location at all.

I didn’t get my over $50 order for my group because they were out of cheese chicken potato’s and salad. I asked for a refund and the kid told me to use the app. He processed my order already so I couldn’t. I asked him for a refund and told him this and he told me to leave. I asked for me receipt and he started to yell and me and say he was the manager. It has been over two weeks and I am still dealing with their app support for my refund.

** shortly after posting we called the store and the GM was friendly and helpful and seemed upset with the employee. I am hoping for results soon

My daughter took me out to lunch yesterday at this location, upon walking in it was freezing cold, the cashier was not friendly, had hair hanging out of his hat and mustache not covered. They were not busy . I have worked at this location before back in 1997. Their was no toilet paper in the bathroom, or paper towels, the bathroom needed to be serviced, the drink machine in the lobby was broken, so we had to have them fill our drinks, one was a regular coke and the other was diet as I’m a diabetic, we got both regular, we waited 5 min to order, had to repeat the other multiple times , by the time we got the food and sat down it was almost cold, the employees were wearing jackets and hoodies, we were also wearing jackets and still freezing cold, we will never return to this location again.

Came in for a quick bite, ended up taking over 20 minutes to get our food as they lost our order twice. It's 30° outside tonight and their heater in the lobby is literally broken and it's freezing in here. Soda machine is out of everything but two sodas. Eventually had to go find my food after I never received it.

Over all the entire experience was trash from the minute I walked in the door.

Been a long time Wendy's fan since we don't have one in Redmond but can't say I'll be back, there's better ways to waste my money.
