so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. The service people at the window were nice, but I was lied to this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. I’ve been told that something is cooking and I need a wait a couple minutes and it would be right out. I waited 20 minutes for one chicken sandwich to be done. I walked inside the moment that they were gonna run it out to me, and I checked the bag and asked if everything was in there was told everything was in there. Everything was not in there. I was missing one of my items. Again, this is the second time this has happened to me. The only time I’ve ever had good service here was during the day. I put in a mobile order so that my food would be more prepared by the time I arrived. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location unless it’s daytime and most likely I’d rather go to the other location. That’s here in town.

I personally love Wendy’s food but the man at the window who was giving me my order called me sweetheart made a joke about how he had to wash his hands because he was picking his nose and how I wouldn’t want that. I couldn’t help but notice the amount of dandruff on the ends of his hair and how flaky it was and he wasn’t wearing any hair net. NO ONE WAS , honestly I was so disgusted I didn’t eat my food nor will never go to that Wendy’s ever again. Please either fix your hygiene standards or shut down.

Wendy’s strawberry lemonade was one of my favourite drinks before having this Wendy’s be my local Wendy’s. their service sucks, their lemonade has to be made monthly with the way it tastes fermented and like alcohol every time. GO TO ANOTHER FAST FOOD SPOT. They are always out of everything, lettuce, mayo, chicken, ect ect.
Way better than the south wendy's at least the employees stay and do their job and do it right
