Matt got us a whole hog and butchered it to order. First thing we had were pork chops and they were the best pork chops we have ever eaten. He also makes great sausages. Highly recommend!
Bought some of the Spicy Italian Sausage when they were at the Sportsman's Show in Klamath Falls and made them for dinner the night I bought them. Bought a pack of Johnsonville Italian Sausage to compare against and they're HANDS DOWN better! Talking to them at the show I found out they are quality people, even had the chance to exchange a prayer with them at the booth when I bought them. Really delicious sausage. Definitely some of the best we have ever had! Perfect spice level and the texture was amazing. And don’t forget that snappy casing!!! We will definitely be back!!!
