Bought some of the Spicy Italian Sausage when they were at the Sportsman's Show in Klamath Falls and made them for dinner the night I bought them. Bought a pack of Johnsonville Italian Sausage to compare against and they're HANDS DOWN better! Talking to them at the show I found out they are quality people, even had the chance to exchange a prayer with them at the booth when I bought them. This is a Christian family owned and operated business with a grade AA product! Will definitely be stopping in next time I'm in Redmond and have already been sharing them with friends and family. Thank you for a quality product and God bless!

Ran into Nick at the St.Paul Rodeo over this weekend. Nick is a super nice guy, but the meat he was selling was even better! I high recommend eating and buy from here. Their products are not highly processed and they taste the best. The chorizo was amazing and so is the bacon can’t wait to try the rest!! Thanks Nick!!

I had friends come from Czech Republic and I was excited to serve them these American delicacies. The were blown away. The assortment of sausages I served rivaled what they can get in their own country. Join the sausage club as you will get it sent straight to your house monthly.
