Disgusting food. Worse customer service. This owner is absolutely vile and rude. There is better sausage all over CO. He called celebrating the end of slavery “the moral decay and corrosion of our country”. Not going to support someone who is still mad that slavery ended.

This is our first visit. Owner/butcher was super helpful and very personable. There were repeat customers from all over area in line ahead of us. We have only tried one of three sausages we brought home. The Italian spicy; it is very tasty and has a great blend of flavors. I'm italian and have made my own sausage. His is atleast as good as my grandma's recipe. We'll be back.

Matt got us a whole hog and butchered it to order. First thing we had were pork chops and they were the best pork chops we have ever eaten. He also makes great sausages. Highly recommend!

I ran in hoping I could get a cooked sausage to shove in my face. I didn't find one but I did find some clean tasting beef sticks and brats at good prices and without nitrates!. I can't wait to try the bangers and every single style they have!

Had a great experience here. I really like their sausages and had been looking for some beef plate ribs to throw on the smoker. They happened to have some and the butcher was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize they did lamb too. Amazing. Here are some pics of the plate ribs. They were absolutely amazing. Thank you!
Bought some of the Spicy Italian Sausage when they were at the Sportsman's Show in Klamath Falls and made them for dinner the night I bought them. Bought a pack of Johnsonville Italian Sausage to compare against and they're HANDS DOWN better! Talking to them at the show I found out they are quality people, even had the chance to exchange a prayer with them at the booth when I bought them. This is a Christian family owned and operated business with a grade AA product! Will definitely be stopping in next time I'm in Redmond and have already been sharing them with friends and family. Thank you for a quality product and God bless!
