This is our first visit. Owner/butcher was super helpful and very personable. There were repeat customers from all over area in line ahead of us. We have only tried one of three sausages we brought home. The Italian spicy; it is very tasty and has a great blend of flavors. I'm italian and have made my own sausage. His is atleast as good as my grandma's recipe. We'll be back.

Matt got us a whole hog and butchered it to order. First thing we had were pork chops and they were the best pork chops we have ever eaten. He also makes great sausages. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this company. The products and customer service are always top-notch. I have yet to try everything they offer but everything I have tried, I have loved. You can't go wrong here!
