They don't clean the room unless you ask. They don't change towels for 5 days, you put them in the hall. Told the desk the coffee maker did not work and they did nothing. Told them the phone handset didn't work and they went hrumph.

Alcohol and fried grease only.
Awful, just like the hotel it’s in.
Food is trash. Nothing that is on the online menu is what they have. They only have fried food, chicken wings, chicken strips or corn dogs. I would stay away from the chicken. I took a bite of a wing and it was raw!
I thought the food was good
My only complaint is the gyro i ordered has little meat to it and should have more. The hotel is nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel with plenty of parking. Room was very nice, large, and super quiet. We could not hear any noise at all. Shopping and dining offsite are about a 5-minute drive away. I believe downtown was really close as well. Such a great experience to have mother-daughter time that was very much needed.
We stayed the the room with two Queen beds and a King bed in s separate area with a fireplace. Layout was great for our group. Very spacious. Shower was great. Noise level was good in room we didnt hear anyone else in the rooms above or below. In the morning the traffic was loud with window open. Nice Stay.
We stayed 2 nights here. Management and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, fairly quiet (some road noise), and the bed was comfortable. Could use a freezer in the fridge. We would stay here again.
Most definitely the place I will stay at again on my next trip to Bend in 3 months. A cool modern room with a really nice view. The staff were really friendly and make you feel at home. Perfect all the way around.
Overall, our stay here was not great. The room was fairly clean (we did find a hair on the bed) and comfortable. The AC unit was very noisy and kept waking us up through the night and the TV remote did not work most of the time. Our room was near a roundabout, so loud vehicles would wake us up as well. The breakfast is not good. The food looked and tasted low quality. We paid just over $500 for two nights and it seems like most other hotels in the area were similarly priced. With that in mind I think next time we visit Bend we’ll probably be staying elsewhere. However the staff were all friendly and I do not blame them for this hotel’s shortcomings.
Restaurantji Recommends
The property was clean and inviting everything was spacious and clean. We stayed on a Sunday so we were not able to take advantage of the lounge and restaurant on the property but it looked like a fun spot when open. I liked that it was pretty quiet away from too much road noise but still close to everything you could want.
Arrived at the hotel at approximately 2:30 pm. Was told I would have to pay $30 to check in before 4:00. I asked if the room was ready and was told yes. Talked to the manager and checked in . Second stay at this hotel and never had any issues other than that. Will probably look for something else next time.
Very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bend. Good service, nicely appointed, easy parking . We had an accessible room, and it was one of the. best appointed ones we’ve stayed in.Only issue we had was that they end breakfast service at 9:00a.m.
It’s bussin and worth the price :)
My stay at the Peppertree was almost what I wanted. We decided to stay in Bend for a family vacation, lovely town. I wish the hotel was a little closer to the Deschutes River. It’s not far away by any means but a view of the river is an amazing site. The staff is pleasant and professional. The decor is modern and sleek. Yet my only complaint that prevents me from outright recommending this hotel to everyone is the bathroom design. To be specific we stayed in the fireplace suite. They use sliding barn doors for the bathrooms. These doors do not seal against the wall, which, in turn leaves about 5/8 of an inch crack. This gap prevents the person in the bathroom from having privacy. I do not know anyone that likes to be essentially walked in on while using the bathroom. You can literally see into the bathroom while someone is on the toilet. YUCK… how they forgot about this design flaw is unimaginable. Another issue about the bathroom is the lack of a shower door. This creates a drafty shower in the morning - I felt cold air hitting me whole time. While the decor of the hotel is sleek and modern, some decisions about design need to be made with utility and privacy in mind before aesthetics. I would need them to install French doors before coming back. Otherwise, the rest of the hotel looks and feels great. The breakfast room is great, a pancake machine, hot eggs, potato and sausage were fresh. The beverage options were plentiful from juices to a coffee & cappuccino machine. Just ask if your room has sliding barn doors on the bathroom before booking, because it was the only thing that would prevent me from coming back.
