Smiley's Happy Place in Boardman offers a cool space with excellent service. Enjoy a tall, cold beer and a pleasant dinner with a large, fresh salad and a fresh, hot pizza with a crispy crust. The customer service is consistent, making it an excellent choice for a meal. While the Supreme pizza was missing some vegetables, it still had decent flavor. The friendly atmosphere is perfect for getting to know the locals.
