This place used to be the perfect spot in harbor to go to. There must be new ownership because we walked in and were accosted with a dark black and blue interior with giant signs all around with bible verses. NOT a welcome place for LBGTQIA+ anymore. Go elsewhere. Staff were friendly but this is now a hard pass.

This coffee shop is a must stop when in Brookings, Oregon. The coffee and bakery items are delicious. The service is exceptional! We felt welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and they have great wifi for remote workers.Dietary restrictions: They offer milk substitutes.

What a fantastic experience! I visited the "Bell & Whistle" while my wife was at the J Sloane Salon around the corner. The staff were friendly and professional. They answered my questions and prepared an excellent scone and beverage! The atmosphere is so welcoming! I love the decor and the conversations I couldn't help but overhear made me feel right at home. We will be back often!

Instead of attending church you come here and listen to Christian jibberish spewed by Bible thumping goofs! Don't come here thinking to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee because it the complete opposite.

Boy do I love a Mexican mocha! DELICIOUS. Their "breakfast squares" are really great too. It's basically a square breakfast burrito prepared on a panini grill. Those are the only things I've gotten here, but as I was waiting, I heard a young man order a brownie, and the employee asked if he would like that brownie warm and with whip cream and I thought that was pretty fantastic. Maybe next time.

Cute coffee shop. The wild berry scone wasn't really a scone, more like a thin cake, it was okay. The spinach breakfast burrito was great! I wish they used real silverware instead of plastic utensils just because plastic is so wasteful.

Great location. Homey ambiance. Even the chairs are comfy which is not typical of most coffee shops. I enjoyed a tasty chai latte this morning. Quick service. Keep up the good work y'all!
