I love all the changes improvement in the restaurant, and it's better and more faster like the KFC I'm have good food and love the new whopper, thank Cinthya for the options

Waited too long
I worked here from 2021-2023, it was a disaster when I 1st started, I was pregnant with my second child, they had a bunch of teens running the place, they would steal and constantly be dicking around breaking things. Same teens would leave me to close myself cause 2 of the teens were dating and would go out in their to go do, well you know what. Eventually those teens left or were finally fired, I moved up to manager after I had my 2nd child and continued to move up and never gave me the pay I was suppose to have being higher up then a manager. Our business while I worked here was great, I worked all shifts but mainly mornings, my main shifts would be 5:30am-4pm and I would come in for night shifters breaks ir help them if I had to which was constantly, but whatever more money from overtime for me. Burger Kings reviews were sitting at a 3.8 while I worked there, now it's now to a 2.8. I eventually walked out because people didn't want to show up and we were extremely understaffed and I was left by myself to work the mornings and was told to keep the place open. After day 2 I shut everything off, put everything away and walked out.
Now I watch this place struggle without me, it has completely gone to shit since I've left, I watch them pull cars forward when they're the only car in line, and still take forever to get the order out and there is barely any business compared to what it was like when I worked there.
Why does this place pull every single car forward or into a stall?? Literally no customer in front or behind anyone but all day customers are being pulled in front or into a stall. Even then they're slow. I don't get it.

My experience is wonderful, the manager is very attentive and works alongside the employees, Lori the cashier is very helpful, my first time here and I had the best feeling I've ever had before.

They made us sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes. Two women were working there, and there were two of us sitting in the parking lot. This is unacceptable. They were extremely rude. We know you have people moving to the parking lot to make your time OK in the drive-thru

The girls working on Sept 3 made us sit in the parking lot to bypass drive thru times and it was over 15 min to get a simple cheeseburger.

There is no one in line no one at the drive-through. I was the only vehicle there at 12:30 in the afternoon. I ordered a burger, fries and drink and was asked to pull forward again with nobody behind me and nobody in line inside and I have been waiting25 minutes for the burger With no burger yetNot to mention it was $16 for a medium burger meal deal now there are three other cars parked next to me. No one is in line. No one is inside and all of us are sitting still waiting.! I would strongly suggest avoiding this establishment. I lived in town here for 18 years. This is the first time I’ve been here to Burger King and the last.

Nobody would wait on us in the dining area, so we went back out to our car and went through the drive up. Finally got some help. There was only one person in the dining room eating, and there were no cars at the drive up. We’re still waiting for our food. Not sure what these employees do here!
