The food is alright, the service is awesome when the manager Bryan is working night shift. He has helped make Thai Burger King better. He’s made a difference since I’ve been a customer.

Customer Service employee...
She is a "Ten Star Customer Service Employee". She always has a smile, a welcoming greeting and offered us Customer Service parking to wait for our order. While we were waiting she brought us "warm baked cookies" and apologized for the delay. Nan is worth every penny of the new minimum wage law.

Very slow service took 15 minutes to get food and they were out of a lot. A literal child was taking an order

Visiting bookings and needed to feed the family. Ryan did a really great job at making sure all of our needs were met and was willing to make sure we had everything we needed. The soda wasn’t mixed right and got a straight up Co2 water instead, but I’m sure that if I went back, they would have made it right. Keep up the good work!

The Burger King in Brookings, Oregon is almost never open. When they are, 75% of the time they get my order wrong. They need to go ahead and fully close the doors so a place that will actually serve food can take over. Don't go here. It's almost always a waste of time and gas!

Service was good but they did mess up one of our meals and he talked really quickly and quietly. Our wait was about 10 minutes but the food was good and hot. They were our of several items

Dining room was closed before 9pm sat in the drive thru from 908pm till 943pm. They were making each order to go . Took 7 mins to place our order when it was our turn sat for 10mins waiting to pay. During which time there is a strobing exterior light in the drive thru which could have cause mini seizures so I literally had to sit with my eyes covered till we got past it 10 mins.
When we got to the window to pay the dude was rude I tried to tell him he slammed the window shut. When handing our food I ask for a receipt which was apparently inconvenient. He thrusted it at my husband and slammed the window...you don't like customer service you shouldn't work food service .
Rave the lady who took our order Laura I believe thank you for keeping things light though you were slammed.
Next time take orders have people park that wait was the worst

The Whopper Junior Duo burgers were tasty and fresh and hot. It just took 8 minutes to get them. The worst is that a medium coke costs $3.49. this is more than a 6 pack of soda at the store.?♂️

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a burger king. Took about 5 minutes to take my order and then another 15 to get my food. I asked for ketchup and zesty sauce and then when they gave me my order, they didn’t give it to me. So I went back and asked for some, as I like dip with my fries and chicken nuggets, they said oh we don’t have any. ?? like thanks for telling me now I wouldn’t have ordered fries if yall told me that ?? Also… how does my burger have ketchup on it and yall can’t give me ketchup?? The workers were very rude and seemed so out of it. Mediocre food and not worth it. Go to one of the other fast food places that are right next to it.

The absolute worst experience I have had at any establishment. They made me wait in the drive-through line while it was empty for 15 minutes only to tell me that they were out of almost every single item on the menu when I finally decided on one of the few things that were an option they had me wait almost 10 more minutes for them to come out not even get taking my payment saying that they had to fry the chicken I was so done at this point I just drove off I just had gotten off of the 13 1/2 hour shift

Worst BK ever! Run by stoner idiots. They are out of most ingredients so you’re still paying full price for a burger when you just get a patty and a tiny spit of mayo. Also asked for a nugget kids meal and got the wrong amount of nuggets, no toy, the wrong drink, very stale fries. No receipt either. Literally everything was wrong. The guy taking our order was apparently the manager and was so high he didn’t understand anything we were saying. Just don’t waste your time or money going there. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would.

Individual working today was phenomenal. He made sure our food was fresh and was so personable in relaying the short wait for fresh fries. Enjoyed the food and left this interaction feeling good.
