The Burger King in Brookings, Oregon is subpar (I'm not going to lie or sugar coat it). The food quality is sporadic, they run out of food items frequently, and they struggle to maintain staff. However, I love Jr. Whoppers and the BK "dirty tacos," (which are gross to look at, yet somehow delicious) so I go there from time to time...and sometimes I'm not disappointed.I own and operate Hurry In Curry Delivery Service here in Brookings so I appreciate them for being available. Super weird experience. Came in at 9:15 for breakfast inside. A nice gentleman helped us I wish I got his name very personable and friendly brought the food over to us even. Then as we are eating we saw a woman come in and she definitely did not look very nice. Another employee was going to click out on break and asked the other woman (I'm assuming she is the manager her name is renee) if she could help her with a discount code or something and I witnessed Renee verbally assault her. The other woman seemed very annoyed and stormed out. Then I hear Renee yelling at the gentleman that helped us literally yelling. And then the gentleman comes up and he is on the phone and he says I'm quitting because of this woman. I hope corporate sees this and takes care of Renee because that is just no acceptable to verbally assault employees. Food was good as always but I will tell everyone not to go there until she is fired.

Here in brookings, Oregon it's so sad come here and get my lunch, I see cashier doing frying and collecting monies taking orders ,have just one person working, the other one cooking and no mrg too be found terrible service she was trying not her fault, I saw the mrg one day smoking right in from of the entry way where customers come in , need better mrgs that's for sure...

Sometimes the food is good, on par with many BKs. Other times, it's lukewarm, looks meager, and is not up to BK standards.This location struggles. There are employees who consistently work hard and try to do a good job. There are others who appear completely apathetic, uncaring, and lazy.I prefer BK food to that of McD's, but some visits I wish I had not gone in the first place.I really do hope this store can greatly improve and do compliment the employees who strive it to be the best they can.

I ordered in the app and arrived at 6:00 AM which is when they said they were open on a google search, but they were not open. I was hungry, then very disappointed. A worker was outside and told me they do not even let her in until 6:30 and they do not open until 7:00 AM.So I went to eat here the next day and arrived at 7:00 a.m. they must all still be asleep because it is now 7:15 and I still do not have my food which I ordered on the app 20 minutes ago. I am sitting in the drive-thru.OMG, someone just came to the window and asked me if I ordered something. I said yes I checked in and was told to drive to the window. I've been sitting here all this time and they've been twiddling their thumbs. Whilst driving home from San Francisco, we pit stopped in Brookings to get gas and a bite.This store needs help.Both orders wrong, my sandwich had to be remade, wife’s was not complete as ordered. They messed up my order enough from what I wanted that our bill shocked us for two people at $40..!!Say what?Their receipt machine wasn’t working so with that I can’t write on bkexperience com for store feedback. I don’t have a store number.It wasn’t until the order arrived we realized what happened. After spending two weeks in California and having high prices it didn’t click soon enough.Yeah, no. Won’t eat here again.Lines are short, wait times are very long for anything. Want ketchup? Good luck.

Staff was friendly. Food was fast. What else could you want for a fast food burger joint?Vegetarian options: One of the only fast food places locally that offer a veggie patty (Impossible Whopper). I love that they have a vegetarian option for those of us who don't eat meat.

If I could give 0 I would. I waited in drive through for 12 minutes and was only behind two cars. Ok no big deal, I get my western cheeseburger and onion rings. Yeah huge order I know, I immediately opened up the burger and low and behold a nice hard stale bun and luke warm hockey puck pattie. Needless to say I went in and asked for my money back. She was rude and btw there was only one customer inside and he saw it all. Won't go back there. McDonald's is next store I will go there.

Every so often I come across a place I wish Yelp would let me give 0 stars to. This Burger King is one of those. Stopped her over the summer for lunch on a road trip with my family(July 20th). We ordered lunch for 4 people. Not a huge order and a couple of customizations, but not a lot(things like a plain whopper). The order took almost an hour to get us the food. In that time I saw them take the order for and serve about a dozen people. Once they got us the food they had messed up my daughters sandwich. Obviously by now I was a little upset. I came back in and mentioned they got it wrong. I didn't yell or raise my voice. The lady behind the counter got extremely defensive and rude. She was near hostile with me. I have never had staff in any restaurant be so hostile. Once they fixed the sandwich she practically threw it at me and asked if that was all and told me to leave. In a town full of fast food places I can honestly say if I ever pass through here again I will stay Far Far away from this Burger King and I hope that those reading this will save there family some grief and do the same.
