“Now I have had the taco bell menu, and the KFC. I downloaded the KFC app. And have had some success. But at least 3 occasions, I was unsuccessful using the app to place an order. So I ended up walking in and ordering at the counter and waiting. I therefore missed out on rewards. I have over 1200 points but would have more if the app wasn't so finicky. The counter staff including the manager couldn't help with the app. Like the food, the app falls short.“
