I'm new to the Brookings area so I am looking for new places to eat. Let me tell you I have definitely found the best Mexican food / market around. The food is delicious huge portions, very satisfying the employees are all friendly and knowledgeable about their products, very helpful. I highly recommend stopping in and taking a look around it's more than just Mexican food.
Best torta out there.

Best tacos in Brookings! About $4 each, and they're pretty large, two filled me up when I was pretty hungry. Highly recommended.
(My only complaint is that there is no inside or outside seating. Please consider putting a couple of picnic tables out front, and you'll have even more customers!)

Stay away from this place. We all get food poisoning from these place. I must’ve known when I first walked in. This is not authentic Mexican food. Cabbage in tacos?

Cielito Lindo is the OG spot in Brookings, Oregon for authentic Mexican food. They have the best Tortas ever--I always get the Carnitas Torta with a side of green salsa. They have massive, super filling Super Burritos (I recommend the Carne Asada). Great breakfast burritos too (Chorizo all the way)! In addition to all of that, they're a market, so you have your pick from a wide selection of beverages and snacks (including Mexican snacks like Flan, Pan Dulce, and tamarind & chile candies.I own and operate Hurry In Curry Delivery Service here in Brookings. I love delivering from Cielito Lindo because of their super fast wait times and friendly service. Plus they always answer the phone--they're ultra reliable. If you want Cielito Lindo delivered, call Hurry In Curry!

The picture online of the menu prices isn't correctly listed, but the prices under that picture are correctly listed. The crunchy tacos are really good. I got a burrito and it didn't have a lot of meat in it. The younger girl in the afternoon is very friendly and nice while the older lady (ponytail & glasses possibly the owner) at night seems very vague and money motivated. There is definitely a language barrier until it comes to what's owed for food. It's still a good place to stop in for a quick bite, but the lady (ponytail & glasses) at night could definitely loosen up a bit... maybe a shot of tequila will make her friendlier?

Our family orders food from here, often. Good food, generous portions, at a decent price. Convenient location to grab and go.
Incredibly rude staff make this place awful. Owner is great and food is good though.
The Worst fish taco in town. It's a cabbage salad taco, garnished with a 1/2 lime wedge for two tacos, not enough to flavor cabbage. The rockfish nearly matched its breading
