I enjoyed the food here. I was hoping for cheaper prices by getting seafood right at the harbor. But $15-$26 for the range wasn't bad. Service was decent. Mostly felt like just another number. But I'm not sure if the staff was getting done with a massive dinner rush. We did show up around 6:30ish. But they weren't rude and they were willing to help answer questions. Overall, I'd definitely go back.

The food is fresh seafood. The clam chowder in a sourdough bun was a favorite! 😋 The service depends on how busy it is at the time. When we went on a Saturday the long line ensured a long wait for the food to arrive. The staff was great, working hard to get to everyone ASAP. The Hungry Clam is obviously well recommended, just it's in a very small building with a tiny kitchen! It was wonderful for the whole family.

I tried out the salmon fish tacos and wasn't disappointed. Just enough of each ingredient to compliment the salmon, not overpower it. From ordering your meal to receiving it was a little long, but that tells me it's being made to order not sitting around under a heat lamp. Will return to try more items on the menu. Give it a try.

Food not well seasoned, fish not fresh. Very busy. Not worth the stop. It's always nice to eat outside though so the atmosphere was nice.

Love the fried combo. The fish, oysters, and shrimp are not overly breaded and pretty big pieces. The clam strips have more meat than most places. We came during busy lunchtime on Labor Day Weekend and waited 40 minutes for our food.

Though right on the pier with fun surroundings and shops to check out, we didn't enjoy the food. We were recommended to this restaurant by 2 different couples so maybe it was an off day? We placed our order and were told it would be about an hour wait. We walked around and checked back in after about 40 and our food was ready and sitting so it possibly got a little soggy depending on how long it sat? The chowder didn't taste good and was very very thick
