Updated 11/24, still super slow. I came here when there was only 4 cars in the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes. They got the order right and the service was decent but probably won't come back again.

If you want the food you order, do not buy here. The understaffed restaurant gets the orders wrong about 40% of the time. It is also the slowest fast food restaurant in town.

They need to separate the two KFC and Taco I want to bean burritos and that’s all OK Bell. Too long and you wait for 45 minutes and you can’t get out of line to go somewhere else you’re stuck. It’s ridiculous. I won’t be back after tonight. I haven’t moved. I am stuck here. RIDICULOUS!!!!

The cashier that helped me was great. Unfortunately I had just left the hospital and I didn't get his name. But my whole order was wrong. It was entered correctly as it was on my receipt. It was my fault for not checking the bag but I live 30 minutes away, so I did not take it back.

This KFC/Taco Bell has quite possibly the most disorganized and rude management I have ever seen. Whoever is in charge of inventory can't even make sure that there is chicken stocked. Yes, you read that right, NO CHICKEN at a KFC/Taco Bell. This has happened three times that I know of in the last two months alone, so you can imagine everything else that is never in stock. That alone is already bad, but the kitchen staff? Even worse. Anytime a customer asks a question to the cashier about the food, the kitchen staff will yell over the cashier, explaining it with a massive condescending tone to the CUSTOMER. Ah, the chefs deal with a lot all day, though, try to ignore them or tell the manager. Okay, but the manager never comes out from the back, and the staff won't go get him for you. The assistant manager? Even worse than the kitchen staff, I have seen him belittle his own staff and CUSTOMERS on more than one occasion. But all that is fine right, the food and time it takes to get to you is what really matters, right? Well, they haven't even figured that out yet. Wait times are told to the customer by staff to be 10-15 minutes, but I have never gotten my order here in less than 45 minutes. Whether there are 20 people or 2 people waiting for their food, it's always at least 30 minutes over the estimated time. The quality? I've never had more inconsistencies with food quality in my life. Some days, it's good, but most days, it's borderline inedible. I've called KFC corporate multiple times about this KFC/Taco Bell, and nothing has changed. Save your money and go lanywhere else to eat. An actual dumpster fire has fewer problems than this KFC/Taco Bell combo

Doors locked at 755 p.m. and they were out of several main items like coleslaw. Plus no utensils or sauces requested. Had to go back through the drive thru just to ask because the lobby doors were ?. They had several people working. So frustrating!

This place says its lobby is open until 10pm, but 90% of the time it’s locked all day. The expect you to use the drive through which is fine for most people but I drive a commercial truck and can’t fit in the drive through. You guys need to staff some people to run the lobby. I saw 4 different people try to get in and leave the same time I tried to eat. You’re losing business with your laziness.

I ordered, was quoted 15 minutes wait, and when I checked in 40 minutes later because I was now late for work and needed a refund so I could leave, I was told my order was taken by someone else when my number was never called. They didn't offer any sort of compensation.

Went through the drive thru. The orders taker was very friendly. The food was good but the chicken was unfortunately a little over done or it has been left on the warmer to long

Drove 30 minutes to get KFC. Got home they forgot to give me the fries. The chicken thighs breasts and wings were a lot smaller then they used to be. And the price went up.
