The kfc extra crispy chicken was fairly dry and the coating did not look very "extra crispy". The biscuits were hard and dry, sadly. The mashed potatoes tasted overcooked and bland. The gravy was ok. The coleslaw was good. Service was good too.

The food, service, and atmosphere awesome (Wish I could remember this black gentleman' name) he made our experience at a fast-food place one of the best experiences I and my husband have ever had period. KFC'SParking: The cashier was exceptional. In every area I can think of attitude-awesome, manners-awesome, salesman-awesome, personality-beyond awesome. He even open the door for us when we left and wished us a safe trip. Exceptional can't say it enough. He desires a raise if I was his manager, well deservered.

Horrible. Food was ok. Service was horrible. I waited in the drive through for 38 minutes before I got to the window. Then another 11 minutes at the window until I got my food. (4 burritos) they did have a sign that said they were training new staff; but an hour in the drive through? Really? I'm pretty sure I could have gotten out of my car, went inside & made the 3 cars orders in front of me & mine in less time. I get new staff but c'mon man! Over an hour? And they are getting paid 15 dollars an hour? I don't think they are making much profit................. but that's just my opinion.
