No free refills is crazy for small glasses of soda. The menu prices did not match the receipt. When we asked the waitress to fix it she said the prices went up, so instead of paying 16 and 20 for our meals we paid 25.75 for each. The customer service was generally bad.

This is ridiculous. The menu current price is $22, but the lady said they need to change it, and it’s actually $28, because the meat is expensive. Never heard of chicken and steak going up that much that fast. Feels like a rip off. Avoid at all costs!!!

WARNING to travelers stopping in Brookings, Or. Do yourself a favor & don't eat here. We've been to almost every Mx.Restaurant in Or. & Ca. as we RV travel often. Shocked to see this Restaurant charges $1.00 per plastic take out container, What?! Food bland & they charge for soda refill's: something else we've never encountered. Customer service? non-existent. Suffice to say we won't be back. I've never posted b-4 but I just have to warn others. Awful food & experience.

The booth was very uncomfortable, sunken seats. Waitress never smiled and didn't write anything down. She brought our straws in her bare hands, straws were not in any kind of wrapping. The place is stuffy but cute. The food was barely warm and very salty! Food wasn't flavorful at all. We asked for a couple take out boxes and we were charged. 50 cents each. I've never seen that before. There's also a surcharge if you pay with a credit card. Reading other similar reviews, the management response has not improved upon any of the common complaints. We won't be going back.

Great food for the price. Full plates and freshly cooked food. Our server was polite, friendly, and quick. We had the 3 shredded beef tacos with rice and beans, and a cheeseburger and fries- the food was delicious and very filling. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant is spacious and A.D.A. compliant , with lots of room to maneuver.

This place has so much charm, and reminded me of my hometown in the best way. However, the service was horrible. The waitress was on her phone for the first half, and seemed angry at us in the second half. Especially when we ordered dessert. We were the only ones in there at the time, so I was a bit confused why she seemed so pressed at us ordering more food. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Although, their enchiladas were very soft and tender. Their mole wasn't my favorite It was very tangy, but not in a way that was pleasing to me. But their refried beans? Best I've ever had! Very smooth and has a slight buttery taste. Overall, I wouldn't come here again. The service really ruined it for my husband and I. I hope that woman was just having a bad day, and isn't like that to all of her tables (although looking at more recent reviews I don't think that's the case). However, I will be dreaming of those refried beans!
2 stars only because the older lady was kind but other than that not worth it. First time and only time.

I had a gastric bypass recently and could only have stuff that was soft and they went above and beyond to make me ground beef and beans and sour cream and avocado. I would definitely come back here in the future!! Thank you Flor

Two words, handmade tortillas. Tonight I had chili rellano and beans with cojita on top. Chefs kiss. Flor is the place to bring family and friends. My niece had the taco salad and destroyed it! So good, such beautiful plants and people here!
