I live in Medford Oregon. Was in Brookings and stopped and had a Crab Omlette. I am obsessed! I'll be making a day trip back to have another one! A little spendy (market price) but it's fresh and soooooo worth it!

This is my favorite place to go! I'm an omelet buff! This is by far the best veggie omelet I've found! And I'm very picky!! There is so much food, I usually have 3 meals in what they serve! Pancakes are super tasty also! The girls are so awesome! I can't say enough good! I love what Lisa and her staff (which are a lot of her sisters) have done with Matties! Please try it if you haven't!
Vegetarian options: They will accommodate whatever you'd like. Such as I ask for no zucchini on my veggie omelet and just a little med cheddar cheese. It's always perfect! Hashbrowns are cooked with just the right of crunch and not soaked in oil.i sometimes forget I have toast cuz the hashbrowns are so good with the omelet!
