The one thing I really dislike is they've gone to kiosk ordering. They won't take your order at the counter unless you have some need that prevents you from using the kiosk. They will point you back to the kiosks if you try to order. In 2026 this is still the same

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I already knew this and had stopped going here altogether but seems like some new people work there, so maybe. But no, its still terrible. They serve two types of coffee here, Hot Brown Water or Actual Coffee that's COLD!!! The food is always COLD. Even if they manage to get your order right, its cold and I mean the sandwiches and fries not just one or the other. Come in the afternoon you might be able to get hot coffee, but get here in the morning when most people drink coffee and you can only get cold coffee and cold breakfast sandwiches. This place is terrible.

We just ordered our dinner through door Dash here in Brookings. The food arrived and again we paid for our order but they didn’t deliver the 10 piece chicken McNuggets. It was our daughter’s meal. We paid for everything and no chicken nuggets. They fail to answer their phone as usual. They’re seems to be no restaurant in this town that can deliver quality food and the food you pay for, never again will I trust food delivery services in Brookings Oregon.

Drive though ordered Two coffees told they would brew a fresh pot and bring it out to me, park in slot 1. After 30 minutes Went inside and got my coffee. Maybe a shift change?

This McDonald’s really needs to work on their front counter service, waiting until there is a full group of people waiting to order at counter isn’t when you should start taking orders. I’ve noticed employees will look at you and continue doing their task when they are supposed to make sure the customer has been helped. This McDonald’s doesn’t give the “feel good moment” to their customers.

The people weren't rude but it was the slowest Fast food place I have ever been to, it wasn't even a busy time and they didn't look super understaffed, just super slow. Frustrating when a normal 30-35 minute stop takes 1hr and 25minutes.

I went through the drive through. There was fast and friendly service. Food order was correct and hot! They handled a morning rush incredibly well.
It took an unusually long time to get our food. Other than that it's a normal McDonald's.

I’ve never had such an awful experience at a flipping McDonalds. I waited in line for 30 MINUTES and didn't even leave with food. They completely ignored the second drive thru speaker so I didn’t even get my order taken. I then continued to wait 20 more mins just to get through the line so I could go to a different fast food place that would actually take my order. WORST MCDONALDS EVER
