This McDonald’s really needs to work on their front counter service, waiting until there is a full group of people waiting to order at counter isn’t when you should start taking orders. I’ve noticed employees will look at you and continue doing their task when they are supposed to make sure the customer has been helped. This McDonald’s doesn’t give the “feel good moment” to their customers.

The people weren't rude but it was the slowest Fast food place I have ever been to, it wasn't even a busy time and they didn't look super understaffed, just super slow. Frustrating when a normal 30-35 minute stop takes 1hr and 25minutes.

2 of 4 ordering machine were not working staff were to busy doing orders so they couldn't help at front . They messed up order they ran out of oatmeal.. and where is the owner of that McDonald's???? They need to help staff...
I’ve never had such an awful experience at a flipping McDonalds. I waited in line for 30 MINUTES and didn't even leave with food. They completely ignored the second drive thru speaker so I didn’t even get my order taken. I then continued to wait 20 more mins just to get through the line so I could go to a different fast food place that would actually take my order. WORST MCDONALDS EVER

For fast food this isn't that at all. Nothing but problems ordering from here. We ordered chicken nuggets through Doordash at 8:33 pm and didn't get here until 10pm and the poor Dasher was stuck waiting instead of making money on orders because the incompetence of this location that can't drop nuggets into a fryer in sufficient time. As someone who used to work at a McDonald's that's appalling that it takes so long.

By far the most chaotic mcdonalds visit ever! The clueless lady at the cash register should explore alternative career opportunities. Wait times were long and every customer came back with either missing vanilla cone or stone cold fries, but the crew kept the spirits high! The manager was running the nuggets with his suit on, whille anthony charmed the angry customers with his irresistable smile. Know that this place is bound to reach for the stars, we have fairh that one day Anthony will one day grow into his manager’s footsteps and lead this branch to become the #1 mcdonalds in the United States (but next time don’t be so stingy with the ice cream bro)
