Too slow, lobby is very messy, can't walk up to the counter anymore to order, only kiosk ordering, bathrooms are as mess, workers are poorly trained, drive up food is wrong about 25% of the time, most of the time in drive through they want you to drive out to the waiting slot where they forget you for 5-10 minutes until your food is cold, cost was doubled about one year ago so it's about the same as a sit down restraurant with a lot better food and good service, this is only part of the problems with this mccdonalds, they did me a favor by pushing me away, now I eat a lot better food for me.

Clean Mcdonalds with awesome staff. Manager Mianna was very thoughtful, quick and respectful. Even though they were busy they still quickly helped me tack on a last second order that only took them a few seconds to complete. Thank you for the good food service 🫡

Do yourself a favor and don’t get anything delivered from here.
The employee don’t seem to understand how their own equipment operates.
I placed a call to corporate but I don’t anything is gonna happen, at least this inspires me to stop being lazy and eat better.

Chaos.. that's all I can say. The staff was a scramble, and some of the younger ones were just dropping the F word in front of my kids. Not a great experience compared to other locations

Saw a worker in the bathroom come out of the stall, straight back to the kitchen without washing his hands, not that it would have made much of a difference because there was no hand soap

We're really scraping the bottom of the barrel with this McD location. 3 visits during the past 4 weeks and all were bad. Visit 1 = moving day. Drive thru. 3 large fries, 3 McDoubles, 20pc nuggets, 3 McChicken....all STUFFED and squashed into one bag. Not one of the big bags... But the standard bag. Visit #2 = inside, qtr pounder combo. As-is, nothing custom. Waited 23 minutes when I was handed a hamburger w only ketchup and a large unknown drink. Waited another 11 minutes and the order was still wrong. And today....visit #3...inside. The place is FILTHY. It's 2pm and they aren't busy. The sunlight coming through the windows, highlighting the thick grime on the floors is causing me to question all my life choices. I'd eat the napkins out of my glove box before I'd ever eat here again.

The drive thru staff is very nice and friendly. The service is frequently extremely slow, unlike most other McDonald's restaurants we have been to. The food is usually good. The grounds outside clearly show that the owner does not care about anyone but himself. The skyrocketed prices have made this fast food sometimes unaffordable.

Steam Towers

It's a McDonald's, but they are open late, and it's clean. Only complaint is they keep it freezing in there at night, as what I would suspect is a form of passive hostile architecture to keep people from hanging out in there too long, which is kinda sad, but also makes it hard to eat dinner with your friends while shivering.

I bought, for my mother a deluxe chicken sandwich. When I got it hone to her( which is 10 Mike's from town) it had no chicken. Also the receipt I was given had no ink in the machine so it was blank. I am upset. When you spend over 30.00 for three people and something like this happens I have decided to take McDonald off my place of special food out.
