There are actually two food trucks at this completely vegan brewery - one outside, one inside. You want the inside one, which we actually walked right by in the warehouse-like interior at first.
The service is slow but friendly, and the food is good. We had a sandwich (excellent) and a muffin (okay, very small).
It's all part of a craft brewery that's completely vegan. We had a mushroom beer and a soda that were good.
Hubby and I had lunch here today and each had a fantastic meal. Mediterranean chicken sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger with the best criss-cut fries I have ever had. Great food and wonderful service. Swing by the Checto Brewery and grab some beer and food
Had the Nachos and the Reuben. Both were delicious! The Reuben was very filling and the corned beef seitan was amazing. Never had seitan like it before. Very simple to order my food and enjoy a beer in the hall while waiting for it to be ready.
