My favorite Mexican restaurant hands down! Best chile rellono, large, delicious, craveable sauce, non greasy, balance of cheese and chili. Savory enchilladas with just the right sauce. Wonderful beans and rice, and salsa. Very clean, warm atmosphere with hand painted under the sea, murals. Great staff. My new waitress has to learn the ropes but hopefully she'll learn to not get upset if she orders in correctly. None the less, a good vibe, clean, and delightfully delicious experience.

If you want Mexican food in Brookings, Oregon, Pancho's is a very popular option! They offer: sit-down dining with plenty of space, plus outdoor seating; a full bar; plus they have a drive-up window so you can easily grab your takeout. My favorite item at Pancho's is easily the Prawnlover's Burrito. It is straight up heavenly. I love it so much and I highly recommend it! Their shrimp cocktail is warm and souplike and it's dynamite! For some reason they also have a greasy burger with grilled onions that is a secret pleasure of mine (it's hard ordering a burger at a place that has the best burrito to ever exist).I own and operate Hurry In Curry Delivery Service here in Brookings and I love delivering from Pancho's because of their fast wait times, drive-up window, friendly service, and great food. Two popular delivery items from Pancho's are their Chimichanga's, and their Albondigas Soup.Remember: if you want Pancho's delivered, call Hurry In Curry!

The food is amazing and the closest to Authentic Mexican food I've found in Brookings! Great quality, good deals during Happy Hour for drinks, and awesome chips and Pico. Try their queso or bean dip! Their Salsa is soo good, they sell it at the local Freddy's grocery store. They also have a drive up window for take out!Parking: Good amount of parking, if they're full, you can park is the lot next door.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome all hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Both front and back doors are wheelchair accessible

Been coming here for so so many years, at least over ten through all the changes, owners and management. I remember the food being so great, perfect place for a family to enjoy a great tasting meal! The staff and waitresses are the highlight of the establishment and the atmosphere is a perfect setting! Though I have to say the food has been so bland past 6 months i’m finally over spending our money here. The rice has no flavor, the beans need little zaz, the salsa has this numbing sensation no freshness to it, the meat taste like it was just boiled in some water then drained and shredded… Sad to say, but the kitchen needs some new spirit in it, but thank you to all the hard working waitstaff, thank you so much, y’all do amazing!

Just went through the drive through I specified I'd be driving, wanting something that I can just hold in my hand- I ordered a burrito. I asked what would be inside, rice beans, veg etc. Ok sounds great. This was a process- i had to reiterate many times what exactly i was wanting, which in the end was simply a BURRITO. What I got was a tortilla with nothing but chicken inside smothered in sauce. I ate it like a dip with the chips provided... will not attempt to eat here again.

Very bland food. Usually, a burrito, if it has a sauce, has an enchilada sauce. This one had something more like tomato soup.Disappointed.The staff was very nice, so that helped.

We were in Brookings for a few days and stopped at Pancho's for lunch. The place was buzzing with business. Good sign. The service was friendly and helpful, so I was looking forward to a good meal. My wife and I both ordered tacos, since the menu descriptions were tempting. The food came quickly and that's when things went south for me. Both of my tacos were dry. I mean D. R. Y. I don't know how it is possible to have ground beef roll out of a taco shell like a bunch of little, dry, brown BB's. The roasted pork was similarly dry to the point of needing to wash each bite down with water. Holy dehydration! It may have been the salt air that got to my brain, because the place was packed with people. It's possible that I was suffering from some kind of sea level sickness....but I doubt it. I give two stars because the staff was so helpful and the place was colorful, but I feel that I won't be looking for Pancho's on my next visit to Brookings. It's all about the food, you know.

We’ve been eating here 3-5 times a year for the past 7 years. I have raved about the entire experience here to friends and family. Obviously something has changed! The ground beef enchiladas were bland with little flavor. The chili verde was dry and tasteless, just very little flavor. The faces of the staff have changed as well.Has the ownership changed??Count this experience as a huge disappointment, so sad to see!!

Always good food, but everyone has a bad day. I still gave 4 stars because the rest of my table's food was ok.

Pancho's is my son-in-law and grand-daughter's favorite all time Mexican restaurant and they have traveled the world!! My grand-daughter tells every one about Pancho's, she is 13 and lives 3,000 miles away! She says it is the best Mexican restaurant in the world! LOL.. Well, we've now moved to Florence and I might have to agree with her.. We so MISS Pancho's! The Salsa is the best ever! I love their taco's, they have just the right amount of ground beef to toppings (toppings are important too) not to mention Pancho's tacos are NOT soggy, it will be crunchy to the last bite. My husband always got the super-burrito and it was always more than he could eat in one setting so we took half home for later. I miss Sophia, what an excellent waitress! As far as the atmosphere, it was pleasant and they play a light Mexican/Spanish salsa music but it was never too loud or intrusive. We love you and miss you Pancho's! We've not found any place to replace you yet!
