The first time I came here I waited 40 mins for them to give my sandwich to someone else and then another 15 for them to give me the wrong sandwich. I thought ok things happen must be something going on. Gave them a second chance and waited about an hour for a sandwich with no one else in front of me. The food is a little above average but the service is non existent. Counter serve so they take your name, but the only rational place to wait is outside the door at the single picnic table, and when your order is ready they make no effort to get it to you or even call out your name thru the open door. Place simply needs to tighten up their process to either have little pick up counter where people can see their order and pick it up themselves or actually call out orders or bring them out real quick when they’re ready. Or anything those little pagers that food trucks use.

The sandwich shop is inside of a little store. When we arrived the guys that made the sandwiches had just left, so the store hours and the deli hours are different. However, the girl working at the store was super friendly and let us know that there were some sandwiches that were made the same day available. We got those and found out we could choose some chips and a fountain drink from the store. We all liked what we got.

Railroad deli was a true blessing for us. We needed food for 25+ people with very short notice. Angel and Deborah were such a great help. They were great to work with. The food was great

We are very blessed to have found Angel and Deborah. We needed food for a last minute event. We found Railroad deli online and gave them a call late on Sunday. Angel really came through for us. We were able to feed over 20 people for lunch on Tuesday. We were all very happy with the food. The sandwiches, potato salad and pasta salad were great. We couldn't be happier. Every once in a while you come across people who go out of their way to help. Angel and Deborah were those people. We highly recommend Railroad deli. If it is just one sandwich or 30. Thank-you for helping us out

Most annoying thing. Ordered a sandwhich to share and they cut it so horribly half was an inch wide. While the other was 4 inches wide. I wish I could post a picture. How hard is it to cut the sandwhich in half? SMH.

Amazing customer service and sandwiches that rival the delis in the Bronx!

The portions are laughable the food itself is mediocre fast food style no thought put into anything they serve and a scowl and frowns to go with your meal. No worth the cost

We had a small gathering, about 16 adults, and ordered 3 large pizzas. I ordered the pizza's 2 days in advance and asked to have them ready at 2:30. They pulled the last pizza out of the over at 2:29, great timing. The pizza's were perfect and the flavor was great. Everyone was very satisfied and there was nothing but positive compliments from everyone. Great pizza's.

I have traveled the country coast to coast 3 times in 2 years. I’ve stopped at a lot of little cafes and diners looking for the perfect breakfast burrito. I thought it didn’t exist.
It does, it’s here.
No wasted space. Just a thick, meaty burrito. Eggs, cheese, chorizo, bacon.
Thank you.

I grabbed a Hillbilly breakfast burrito. Thick & Long. Not like those burritos over at Micky D's. Very fresh. It sure did hit the spot.

Best breakfast burrito in Southern Oregon. That's a fact, jack.

Horrible customer service. Called to get information of the menu the guy was beyond rude. Food was not good and it was overpriced.
