I got up to the counter to order my little Christmas sweet treat and Darcie (if I recall correctly) was the gal taking my order. I had my chihuahua with me and Darcie gave me a little sweater that was a decoration for a wine bottle for her and it made my entire day! The gal making my drink was super sweet as well and it was delicious. Thank you guys for making my day, you all deserve the best 💕

Kazzie was extremely standoffish. I walked up to ask a question, and she immediately yapped out, "WHERE CLOSED!!!" Keep in mind it was 6:50pm. It definitely wasn't a pleasant kind way of informing a customer. Hire individuals who are people persons, especially in customer service with coffee, lol.
