Store can't seem to post it's hours on the front door. No matter if you mention it never changes. Maybe this review will fix things. Was here at 830pm. Door says store closes at 10pm or later staff are indifferent?

The guy at the window is super nice, but store is super slow and we’ve been in the drive-through for almost an hour and a half time management would be amazing I know it gets busy but people get mad at us like we can go somewhere because of the wait. We got here at 5 it’s now 6:23 and we are at window and still have yet to get our food I don’t mean to complain or be a hassle I just know I’m not the only person getting frustrated when it’s getting darker and people gotta get home to there kids

I waited ten minutes in the lobby with no other customers and was told 1 minute 3 different times in 8 minutes, No service still so I wait in this drive thru line with rude people on the other end taking orders. Once I get my food I won't be eating here for awhile. Hope something changes

Worst service on the West Coast! The bar is set so low for this chain and this location cannot meet the company's expectations of low standards. They're supposed to be open in the mornings but never are and sometimes the afternoons as well!

Store was understaffed, which wasn't fair for those working. However staff that was working were pretty friendly. The food was decent, but tomatoes were almost frozen on the Supreme tacos and soft tacos were a mess. The table was dirty, so we had to clean it ourselves. Better than some fast food in the area, but definitely expect a little more.
I'm not from this area DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM CRESCENT CITY because 9nline says they are open till 11pm..I AM.SOO IRRITATED abt this was a 31 minute drive
