20 minutes in the drive-thru (without an option to exit) is just ludicrous. How can a fast-food business stay open with such poor customer service delivery.

It's taco bell, wish they had mobile ordering. Kfc side has mobile ordering.

The hours are terrible sometimes open past 8pm sometimes I've been there at 7 and they are closed. the times I've had lunch there, they have 1 person on counter 2 people on drive-thru and 1 side being utilized to make tacobells food. Now I will say that the staff seem to be friendly and doing what they can with the staffing they have so good job them. On the other hand when you place a mobile ordering for KFC for a specific time you will still have to wait past that time specified (for me it was approximately 30-45 minutes) and you'll be lucky if they have all the chicken available. Final thoughts would be If you like tacobell and don't mind waiting 15-45 minutes in the drive thru or in the lobby you will get a friendly greeting and they'll help you within a few minutes you just have to wait for the food to be made. There prices have also gone up a little since the last review.

I met the new manager of here and he seems like he knows what he's doing and was willing to listen to the customers and ask about what could be made right him and they way he acts with his crew gives me hope for this establishment

How is this place always out of main ingredients? I can't think of anything they weren't out of at least once. The employees are nice about it tho. And they usually overcompensate with replacements. So I guess it's not all bad.

I went to this Taco Bell today, placed my usual order, asked for the veterans discount, as usual, and I was told that this Taco Bell stopped honoring veterans with a discount because people who were not veterans were getting the discount. So I said, well, you can ask for the customer’s veteran ID, and then the answer shifted to “we aren’t allowed to provide the discount because it is a form of discrimination”. Well, that’s a first. And the last time I will go to this Taco Bell.

I went through drive through to get my food,the pieces of chicken are much smaller than they used to be and the prices are much higher than they used to be but that being said the food is still awesome the recipe remains the same yum 😋 plus an added bonus its joined with taco bell which is one of my favorites so double yum 😋 😋

Busiest fast food place in town and closed before they are suppsoed to be, says they close at 11pm, and I know there's plenty of employees, y'all have more employees then Burger King and McDonald's.
40 minutes in drive thru with only 4 cars.
order messed up short a burrito.
No sorry no acknowledgment nothing.
Drive thru is blocked off and dining room is locked at 9:15p when their hours are to be open until 11p.
was hoping they were open on A Friday night it said until 11 pm we arrived at 10 49 and no lights on. had to stomach burger king next door

Every time we go to this location our order is wrong. This specific time we were not only missing things but all of the food was smashed up.

A very considerate and polite young man was working the night we came through.
Super slow and had to wait over 40 minutes for our order
We Ordered four cheese rolls up and waited over a hour for them in the lobby . The lobby was utterly disgusting with not a single table slightly clean and every trashcan was over filling where there was trash on the floor through out the lobby. I watched several people stand in line for over ten min before getting any help with many employees walking up to the terminal to do other thing instead of taking orders as they line up out the door, as well as several people cleaning their own tables to sit down eat. In our hour of waiting I watched one employee actully make the orders inbetween their phone time as they were all actively on there phone more then actually doing their job. As someone who worked in the fast food industry lots of times this is ridiculous I have never seen a group of people work so slow and unbothered in their life. Their drive time was at 40 min for one car as well. I have never seen an establishment this gross and poorly managed/ran. Save your money.

The employees at this location are under a large workload and are too understaffed to get food out as fast as usual but they're apologetic about wait times and considerate towards customers.
