3 times now I have ordered my sandwich to include cheese! Only to discover that it does not have cheese....
Not the end of the world, however time I called in to make the manager aware of the issue. The manager I believe her name was Amy asked if I was being charge for cheese? She then stated that maybe the drive through did not hear my order correctly but oddly they got the other additions and subtractions to the order correct??? Seems strange or selective hearing?
