Wayward Sandwiches

Very nice sandwich shop. Out on a motorcycle ride and headed to Canby. Looking for a cool place to stop, rest, eat and warm up. Came across Wayward and thought it was fitting for this day, as I'm way out of place. At the looks of things from the outside they are in a popular part of town with indoor and outdoor seating. The food here was pretty good. We unfortunately came in on a super busy night with trivia going on. I will say the food came out quicker than expected, though! My husband absolutely loved his torta sandwich. He said it was nice actually getting a spicy sandwich. I enjoyed my blt, though I think Ciabatta Bread would have put it over the top. My daughter seemed to enjoy her grilled cheese as well. The cheese curds were really good, as well as the fries. I would go here again.

I call this the fancy sandwich shop in Canby: it's definitely no Subway or JJ's. The sandwiches are very tasty. The fries are great. The salads are large and never disappoint. It is not inexpensive, so beware of tge bill. All in all its a good lunch or casual dinner stop and I recommend.
